I do know a tenant or two and from what I've heard from them is that Holy Cove is the best place in Moultrie to stay when it comes to renting an apartment. I think the management has great integrity and I say that from my personal experience. I visited my friends regularly and I and honestly say these ate some nice apartments on the inside as well as the outside. They maintain the landscape. They have a swimming pool for the summer. They have a wash room so people can keep there clothes clean. I think these apartments are worth the rent charged.
