I do know a tenant or two and from what I've heard from them is that Holy Cove is the best place in Moultrie to stay when it comes to renting an apartment. I have met the management in phase 3 and I must say she has given me the utmost respect a person could give anyone. I think the management has great integrity and I say that from my personal experience. I know my name has been slandered in phase 3 also, but on the otherhand management still showed me respect on many occasions.
