08/23/2017-I sold my house today with Liberty realty. I would like to especially thank Iris Hargrove for all of her hard work for making this happen. Here are the pro's and con's of Iris Hargrove: Pros: A) She will give you a realistic picture of the real estate market. B) She knows how to communicate with both parties and keep you well informed as to what is going on and what needs to happen. C) If you want a realtor who will do right by you, then Iris Hargrove is the realtor for you. D) I cannot say enough good and positive things about her and she is the one that I am going to utilize when I buy my next house. Cons: A) There is none.
