I would be weary of all of the positive reviews on here because the reminder emails the office…read moresends out to the residents (stop leaving your trash out FOR DAYS on your patios, stop throwing your trash out on other people's patios, stop entering people's patios, stop letting your pets poop/pee on your balconies/patios) and the posts residents write on the community board (people getting stuff stolen, kids constantly knocking on people's doors, people being unreasonably loud - like at all hours) paint a different picture. I wrote a review on Google about how HORRIBLE the apartment I'm in is on July 8th 2025 and corporate responded with a telephone # and email to contact them at on July 9th. I contacted them and like many others, got no response. Upon move-in, I had maggots in my freezer, there was suspicious brown liquid spilled all over the fridge, kitchen drawers were broken, A/C was leaking, the front door didn't close properly, the carpet is old, matted and dirty (I have to wear slippers or my feet will literally be grey). My front door leaks if it rains even though they've 'fixed it.' They came to spray for bugs but it didn't really do much, so I guess that is ANOTHER thing I'll have to take care myself of like fixing my sliding glass door, my clogged drain, and I gave up on my broken dishwasher (another thing they 'fixed' but it just broke again). You want to evoke your right to 'Quiet Enjoyment?' You won't get that here. My neighbors slam their front door literally all day. My windows shake in their frames, thats how hard they slam their door. I was told to document everything, so I've done that. I get woken up at 1, 2, 3 AM at least 3 times a week and then get woken up at 7am by slamming doors. Their kid runs around the apartment and screams; it's like Jurassic Park, I have dishes on my counter that shake from the running (I have all this on video for proof too). All of this for $1700, total scam. If you do decide to move here (may God be with you), pay for a covered parking spot. I've been here 4 months now and I already have 4 dings/scratches on my car. I've NEVER had this happen at any other apartment and I've been renting almost continuously since 2006/2007. My car is only 1 1/2 years old and was in PRISTINE condition when I moved in (I work from home so I only go out for errands and stuff) and when I do, I park far out, so I know for a FACT that they all came from here. One happened the first 3 DAYS I was here, and I hadn't gone anywhere else, lol. The manager is pretty incompetent and refuses to do anything about all of this, which is pretty frustrating to say the least. If your complex is having all of the issues I stated above YOU'RE OBVIOUSLY DOING SOMETHING WRONG. I know you can't control people, but I can't remember in recent history being in an apartment this bad demanding this much rent for such small square footage with 10 yr old appliances; its rambunctious.

However, I just took down that review. Because things have changed dramatically (for the worst) here at BCAH over the last 2 years. Lately, my A/C hasn't been working properly. I stopped by the management office Friday, March 6th at 5pm to let them know that my A/C was not blowing out cool air & to ask them to send over a maintenance man to take a look at it. The leasing agent went into the manager's office where the manager, assistant manager & another leasing agent were chit chatting. The leasing agent told the manager the issue with my A/C, wasn't (blowing out cool air). The manager did something on her computer & the leasing agent came back to me & said that the maintenance man would come over. I clarified with her that he would come over this evening. She said he was working on something & he would come after he's done (mind you it was 5p, and the office closes at 5:30p). However, if there's an issue with an A/C or header maintenance is supposed to come fix it...........even if it is after hours. At 5p Friday I put in a request for maintenance to come check out the A/C. The time is now after 2a Saturday morning. He's NO SHOW & I'M NOT SURPRISED........ I've lived here for 2 years. Maintenance & management used to be awesome. Ally & Tyresha don't give a shit about residents. All they care about is getting the empty apartments leased. There are so many empty apartments here........So if you're looking for an apartment, (I would keep looking). Before I moved here I lived in the worst apartment complex ever. After living here at BCHA , this is the 2nd worst apartment complex I've lived at.

Minutes from DFW airport and a nice midway point between Fort Worth and Dallas. Maintenance is friendly and prompt. Walls seem to be thick enough to drown out all but the most obnoxious neighbors. Walking distance from TRE. Cons: Grocery stores are a bit of a trek. Area food options are fairly limited for a sit down meal. Required cable and valet trash service tacks on around $50-60 / month. Don't watch cable, but when I did the charter service was horrible -- cutting in and out on nearly every channel worth watching. Other notes: I found the duct work to be pretty horrible so our A/C was really inefficient, driving our electric bills up far beyond what we should have to pay for 800sqft. I actually reached turn off a light switch and felt cold air blowing out of the receptacle. That means cold air was circulating within the walls better than throughout the apartment. We had our bikes chained to the railing in the breezeway (3rd floor) and they were stolen. That's the risk you take, but for a gated community (whose gates have often been broken) I would have expected at least some tone of sympathy from the management. Instead, I got a pretty lazy excuse, "The contractors still haven't given us a quote." As a business owner, I can see both sides of that coin --they're not technically liable-- but it is difficult to see the gates stuck open so often and see emails about "Ice Cream Socials" and so on. I can buy my own ice cream, I can't buy a security gate. I want to know that my property manager is concerned about the same things I am. Overall, I was fairly happy with the 800sqft for $950 per month all said and done, but I feel like the rent had gone up significantly by the time we were thinking about renewing. Other areas worth considering within a 5 minute drive are Bear Creek area and some apts north of 183 on 360 in Euless.

Also so close to the airport you can read the flight numbers on the planes. Terrible complex for the amount of money youre paying. Nevermind the pool parties that go well into the mornings.

She also stated she was at lunch and emphasized there was no reason for her to come view the premises. During the conversation, she told me she "was not going to hold my hand." It took a great deal of restraint on my part to remain calm and respectful during the exchange. I understand that procedures must be followed, but professionalism, clear communication, and basic courtesy are not optional they are part of the responsibility of property management. The way this situation was handled was unacceptable. I strongly urge ownership to address this behavior and ensure that residents are treated with respect and professionalism moving forward. If management does not change I highly recommend anyone considering to move to this property to reconsider.

Packages were frequently stolen, cars were broken into, and I even heard of motorcycles being stolen right off the property. The lack of security is alarming. I had the pleasure of starting my Palisades journey with the amazing Amber P (Ivan), the other young lady (Christian #1), Ms. Joni and Ms. Mekeda (Christian #2) who to me have been a breath of fresh air to our community. I've not had one issue come up and was brought to Mekeda's attention that was not resolved in the same day or soon thereafter. Christian is so awesome I've never had anything that he fixed need to be addressed for the same issue again. He's a hard worker and very respectful. They take the cleanliness of the complex, the safety and happiness of the tenants personal. For me the enforcement of the Trash policy is huge as there are those that still break the rules and wind up having their trash spread across the lawn by morning from the critters that otherwise wouldn't have access to it if it were put out at the designated time. We have a lot of dog lovers so I'm sure the dog park is appreciated. (I don't utilize it as I don't have a dog) I don't see me leaving anytime in the near future. They now have ACH, but you have to wait 1-3 days for your account to validate to use a check. So again you have to pay a fee to pay your rent. I am honestly looking in to pursuing legal action. This place mentally exhausting.

I wanted this to be my last apartment until I save for a house but with the parking issue I'm not sure sucks because the complex is beautiful.
