What a pleasant place. Coffee and a welcome. Drink out.... or inside. All sorts of goodies to buy - as well as the Post Office.

I took it to another post office and posted it without problems. Since losing the original post office , the services provided at the COOP are not efficient. Largely due to ill trained staff I suspect. Not the fault of the staff as they have to multi task and do their best. I will avoid this for a post office in future and go to Bishops Cleeve where the staff are professional and very helpful.

The whole place needs a proper refit. When I worked for the Post Office in the 1970s both the management (which was usually time served) and the government still had a sense of civic pride largely absent today. (For a post office which is well run under similar circumstances see my review for Bishop's Cleeve Sub Post Office) I shall update this review if and when things improve.
