The deck on the property we rented was literally dilapidated and they never came to fix it, our fridge was broken, took forever for a repair or replacement, they gave us one infested with cockroaches, then FINALLY gave us a new one. The blinds got broken when they were removing the old one and that never got replaced either. Rent always goes up but the property was disgusting. We moved out and never got a security deposit back or a list about charges against the deposit. Currently proceeding with filing with small claims to get back deposit back with interest. If you want to live in literal filth with the most unhelpful maintenance, go for it.

Just come in and she'll take care of everything. Well. Once I showed up it was an entirely different story with this lady. She told me there was nothing available and to maybe try again in a few months. This woman's whole demeanor changed once I walked through the door and told her who I was. In fact, she acted like we'd never even spoken! She was very curt and dismissive. Any POC I would not recommend that you even bother because this woman will shut you down quick. Shame on her!!

WARNING!! Do not move your home into fountain place MHP. They are slumlords and do not keep the…read moreproperty up to safty codes, and if you complain about anything, you will be served an eviction notice. They have the rite to refuse payment for any reason, which will result in your eviction giving you 6 days to get all your belongings out of your home, on the 6th day you are locked out of your home, then you have 2 weeks to have the home moved out of the park or you loose your home too. if you dont have your home out of the park by then the park managment files for the title and takes ownership.. And then they re sell it.. With no remorse for the families they make homless.. also if you are an elderly person living on your own and passaway while living in fountain place MHP management takes position of the home and all its belongings in 2 weeks claiming the house was abandoned, not even giving family members time to claim the property. What do they do with these homes they take... well they resell them usually with some kind of handy man special making the new owners make repairs needed ie.. Replacing furnisses, painting, replacing decks ect. They give the new tenant a deposit reduction for doing this, however the new owner never gets the title to the home allowing the management to evict you for any reason.. giving you no rights to the home you are purchasing. If you ask your self how can They do that.... Well take a seat in marion's courtroom on eviction day it is like clock work cause ultamently it is up to the property manager. I witnessed a case were the tenant had passed away she spent the last week of her life in the hospitial, and it had been 8 days after she past... Fountain place filed her property as abandoned and was asking for the right to file for the title to take ownership. Her family sat in the courtroom too. Fountain place Management was rewarded the title to the home and all its belongings, and the family wasnt even allowed back onto the property or they would be trespassing. It makes you ask your self how can this be leagal... There obviously is a glitch in the legal system were mobile home parks are concern. I am not saying all mobile home parks are this crooked and would do this to its tenants. But i assure you this is how FOUNTAIN PLACE MHP operates.
