The nurses, doctors, even the front desk staff are all on point when it comes to the top notch care provided from this hospital. Never once did I feel like my mom was not priority during her stay. For that I am grateful. Beyond that the hospital is clean and offers common amenities you'd expect from a modern hospital.

Two months ago right side of my face started to cave in. The headaches have become worse and worse. MRI was completed, clearly you can see the side of my face caving in. They never called me, I had to call them Goshen. Goshen referral advised me that the MRI didn't show anything wrong. That they will not see me. I am absolutely appalled recently by this Dr.s concern & demeanor with what should be an established Dr./ patient relationship at least I considered it to be a level of genuine care I was receiving only to be dropped by her with a 30 day notice to find other care including someone to prescribe medication needed daily for bipolar 1 disorder, borderline personality disorder, anxiety and other non mental health issues but all over a recently missed appointment for wellness check during COVID-19 closings in May not even a fault of my own for the rescheduling which included no post appointment phone reminder nor a card with a written appointment like I usually had gotten over the past decade! I found a psychiatrist but Indiana has a severe lack of mental health resources meaning I cannot get into the first appointment for 2 months so their office recommended I call Dr Kraght and ask her to prescribe my medications for a 30day supply and explain why I am in need of them giving her the psychiatrist information to verify my upcoming appointment, I received a call back in less than 5 minutes to notify me that not only will she not prescribe any medication but she wasn't even decent enough to offer a kind suggestion and these are major medications for mental illness I have been on for over 10years all 3 of the medicines have major health side effects if abruptly stopped, what kind of physician would feel comfortable with prescribing medication for mental illness and the same medications for 9 years to refuse care and said medications over a missed appointment not a problem with behavior in the office, not medication misuse, not lack of payment or insurance but an appointment that her office rescheduled due to closing during the pandemic originally. This should be against some kind of patient rights to treatment or a form of discrimination I am permanently disabled due to my condition and have been on disability since 2003 I don't drive or have accessibility to means of travel outside of Indiana for immediate care, I also do not have any family or spouse living with me or close by to monitor my withdrawals from fluoxetine, abilify, Xanax,Adderall & flexiral after 10+ years of taking them daily, I pray that I continue to hold on through not only a horrific world pandemic but the traumatic experience I have to endure because I missed her appointment that she still received payment for :( hoping this review will prevent another tormented mind from being injured because of inhumanity and uncaring physicians!

" After being promised at intake that they could drain it she went on to tell me she wasn't sure if her colleague would drain it but she wasn't touching it. She got her "colleague" who confirmed they don't do that and prescribed some meds that she "doesn't think will interact with what I take." I was extremely dizzy and not well...but I was an "interesting" specimen. Idiot.
