They spent several days figuring out what was wrong and how they could fix it with the least amount of disturbance to our house. Utterly disappointed. Chose this company based on their Yelp…read morereviews. The technician (Duane) arrived to clean our ducts on 10/2025. We had previously taken the time to move everything out of the way to provide complete access to the ductwork and make things easier for the tech. Why are we disappointed? - the dust level in our house is much, much worse than prior to service being preformed - upon checking I saw a large amount of debris in the bottom of our ducting - the technician reinstalled a register grill upside down because the duct tin needed tacked up out of the way and he apparently didn't want to bother taking time to do it correctly. - I had to ask about the condition of our ducts prior to the cleaning before he would show me just a one single before photo. I have to wonder if it was actually a photo of our ducting. - I got a negative vibe from the technician from the outset. His demeanor was less than friendly and he didn't talk much. My impression was that he wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. I felt he was a very poor representative of this company. The work was completed quickly and I can't help but feel we received a "rush job". The dust in our house is much worse than ever and this experience was a complete waste of our $725. We feel like we've been ripped off. Per your response to my review above - Yes it's true that it's been a year since the service was performed. I've been meaning to send a review since last winter. However, because I'm a procrastinator and I sincerely don't like to complain doesn't change anything about my honest, but blunt, statements. The unusual frequency and amount of dusting we now have to do after your service (not to mention shelling out your service fee for sub, substandard work) finally drove me to take this step. Furthermore, explain to me why when I happened to be performing some home maintenance a couple of months ago, I found the thick layer of crud laying on the bottom of our ducting ? It shouldn't be there in that volume. Is your equipment inadequate ? As far as the operable grill reinstalled upside down goes, it was GLARINGLY obvious because it had once been painted except for a strip on the bottom behind the carpeting. That, exceedingly noticeable, contrasting strip was reinstalled up, instead of down, where it's hidden by the carpet nap. (I can send you a photo.) I saw how the tin interfered with the reinstallation and I had to mess around and tack it up out of the way. So I believe the technician didn't want to deal with it and put on upside down instead of, at least, notifying me. And I suggest you speak to your technicians about how they represent your establishment. On the whole, our experience points to some sort of problem with your company. Where that problem lies is up for debate. I initially read all the good reviews regarding your company. I expected at least adequate work to be performed. What we got was, at best, unacceptable. You can speak about all the positive things about your company and your personnel, all I know is what we experienced. Instead of denying everything I said perhaps you should consider it objectively and take it for what it's worth.

We did a walk through, he explained the process, with zero up-sale attempts, and then he got to work. Found some interesting stuff in the ducts (a very old pork and beans can?) But the before and after camera shots were quality convincing. I'm quite happy with the results, and am happy to give you my recommendation that EZ Breathing is definately the way to go! Not only was our heat exchanger broken, but most of the circuit boards were fried. Blowing not only CO2 into our house but they also made us aware of a scary possible electrical problem in our electrical supply or the electrical in our home, for the boards to be fried but it never popped the breaker.. The owner of the business came out the next day to give us a quote. He checked all the returns, the supply, the duct work and the furnace itself. Went over our budget and our needs before giving us information on what he felt were our best options. He was extremely friendly and very polite. And was very upset he didn't have any space heaters to lend us to keep us warm in the meantime.. which I never expected him to offer in the first place. After we gave him the go ahead they started work Thursday October 13th. Immediately got it running to the point that we had heat! Yay!! Now we did require more work than the simple swapping of furnaces so the install took three full days, Thursday, Friday and Monday. But every single person at our home, was courteous and polite, neat with not only their work but between days, and left the area spotless when they left. What the owner, Greg, said was very true.. "There may be people cheaper than us, but you will not find another company that takes the time or does the quality of work that we do." Thank you so much!

They told me it could take weeks to get a part that might fit it or I could put in a new system. 3 days later (I have no air at this time and 90 outside) a guy Named spike came out to give me a estimate on a new system $11,000.00 jut for air. I turned it into my home insurance and they questioned $11,000.00. I called 2 other companies and the first one was able to fix my air with a $92.50 part and $95.00 service fee. They are out for your money $$ and use Covid as excuse for the cost and delay in service. I called and asked for some type of refund because they misdiagnosed. They said some one would call me back two weeks now and no call or letter explaining. * DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! * highway robbery!!

They even stayed late into Friday night to make sure all the radiators bled and the heat was running properly as it should. It was a complicated job, but it turned out to be a reasonable bill, and these knights in shining armor even put my garage door, which I had reversed into that day, back on its tracks for me! Ray went above and beyond to make sure the water damage stopped and that my pipes wouldn't freeze by fixing the problem as quickly as possible. He also never speaks down to you and helps you understand what's going on in a really helpful way, and he is super responsive to calls and texts. One hundred percent of the work was unusable. After further investigation, I discovered that Ray is not licensed or insured and does not hold a valid Home Improvement Contractor license. Had this been disclosed upfront, I would never have allowed him on the job. When I started calling Ray out on the poor workmanship and asking for answers, his attitude immediately changed. Instead of fixing the problem, he became defensive and evasive. The situation escalated when Ray entered the property without authorization, which was captured on my security cameras, went into the basement, and removed the boiler. We are now dealing with attorneys, court fees, and court proceedings as a result. He is extremely unorganized, constantly pushes jobs off, and drags timelines out endlessly. What should have been a straightforward job turned into nearly three months of delays and excuses. Do not use this company. Stay away. Buyer beware. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Not only did help arrive the same day - it was that very morning that Nathan came knocking on the door. Nathan had the expertise to fix the issue with the pilot lights. He explained what he was doing and why they weren't working in the first place. The invoice arrived via email shortly afterwards. I emailed questions related to payment and pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt & polite response. Our family will be relying on Miller's in the future.
