They gave me a pricey $1800 dollar estimate for the AC and I found out that was part of a $4000 estimate that they performed on my entire car. Well... fast forward a week and I took my car to another mechanic for a better estimate and he asked me if I had any problems with my car. I asked him "why?" and he informed me that the intake was never reconnected. I do not recommend Mr. Fix It. It's more like Mr. Waste Your Time and Steal Your Money.

If it doesn't need replacing they won't replace it. These days it's easy to look out what prices on what parts cost and Hatfield doesn't overcharge you like you expect at the dealer. On the repair I paid what I was quoted. No extra, oh we forgot to tell you that kind of stuff. They work on your car like you would if you knew what you were doing. Over the years I've gone to Pep Boys, Toyota and Chevy dealerships and other repair shops and I would trust Hatfield to work on both of my cars if they break down. The rest of the car works fine so there was no need to get a new/used car. Since the engine has been replaced it runs like new, gets 31.6 miles to the gallon and is back on the road 7 days a week. I also got a warranty on the engine 1 year or 12,000 miles both parts and labor included in the price. Was also provided a receipt that included that engine had been replaced with the mileage, and the mileage that the car had on it when it was replaced if and when I sell the car.

If I hadn't paid for the car, why was the title in my possession with my name on it with zero sign of any lien being attached to it. Kenny arrived and identified the problem and we were able to make it to our destination. The following day, they were able to work us in to get our alternator replaced while we were floating on the river. The price of the repair was much less than I anticipated and the friendliness of the team will not be forgotten. If C.R.
