In February of 2020 we filed for an eviction. We had a court date for March 2020 but was postponed due to Covid-19. We asked her for the credit report to take to court and she informed us SHE NEVER RAN HER OWN CREDIT REPORT. She took there screenshots of a mid 600's score as proof enough but doesn't have those screenshots any more to show us. My husband and I are now NEGATIVE $11,000.00 for her negligence. We understand renting out a home is always a risk but Kristen completely failed us for not running her own credit report to look if there were past evictions and/or liens. Trying to save somebody else from this awful, expensive, and completely avoidable mess! Do not use Beaumont Realty!

Town & Country failed to check with the tax assessor to see if property taxes were up to date…read more After escrow closed in Dec 2022 I received a $2,160 tax bill for prior owner's defaulted taxes for 2021-2022. Beginning in Aug 2023 I made numerous phone calls & sent many emails telling them to pay the overdue taxes. Phone calls & emails were mostly ignored. I was finally forced to hire a real estate attorney to make them fulfill their obligations. The defaulted taxes were paid almost one year after I first contacted them. The most incompetent, uncaring, unprofessional escrow company I have ever dealt with. And they have refused to reimburse me the attorney fees I paid for them to do the right thing.
