There were homes we found that were just ok and contemplated offering on. Stewart would just turn to the pair of us and say "don't do it, we can do better." He was 100% correct every time. Stewart found us our dream home off market and secured the deal for us a good amount below asking price. Stewart would always check out properties beforehand and advise if it was worth the drive from our primary residence in LA. Having someone as trustworthy and knowledgeable as Stewart really put us at ease and made the whole purchase incredibly enjoyable. Upon closing Stewart has gone the extra mile & set us up with a team of brilliant local vendors to help turn our purchase into a dream home. I couldn't recommend or trust a realtor more. I have long loved the area and have stayed in lots of homes on vacation, but I did not know exactly where I wanted to be. After seeing how dedicated Darci was to helping my mom find her house, I was excited to work with her for my own. My mom has not bought a home for over 35 years and was relatively new to the process since it had been so long. Like my mom, we were buying from a different city and that can be tricky when you don't drive past a spot everyday. Darci was so patient with us both and so knowledgeable about all the areas in Palm Desert, Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage. She was able to find us a property within 5 minutes driving distance of my mom's place, with a pool, no HOA and with mature landscaping! Darci is a great negotiator and was able to get us the home at the price we wanted, all while making a friend of the seller. The best part about working with Darci Hope and her team is how quick they are to respond. In this market, homes go so fast! She was able to get us in for a showing asap and wrote an offer for us the same day. I truly believe that is what sealed the deal for us on getting our perfect vacation home!! I can't believe how lucky we are and now that things are cooling off, I can't wait to sit in my pool for the holidays!! Thank you, Darci and team!!

And, importantly, how do we find the right agent? Luckily, we met DAVID KAPLAN and his partner, ELLEN PARIS during one of our many open house journeys. David was sharp, open and honest. We immediately liked him. When he introduced us to the knowledgeable and efficient Ellen, we knew we had the right team. They showed us homes we wanted to see, homes meeting our criteria but ultimately weren't right, and helped refine our search. They were patient and professional throughout, recognizing that this was our journey. When we found our home, they ably took on the negotiations, overcame hurdles, and helped us successfully closed the deal. Ellen and David did what good realtors do. They empowered us to make the decision we wanted for a place we wanted to call home.

We were relocating from another state, and before we ever reached California, Niko was generous with important information for us to consider. As one would imagine, we had many questions about how to proceed and where to look. When we met up at our hotel in Rancho Mirage, Niko listened to our proposals and discussed our views for over an hour. Then we struck out for the most likely areas where we could see homes in our price range. Throughout the day, we visited homes and got to know the area thanks to Niko's expertise. When a realtor is as personable, knowledgeable and as natural an educator as Niko, it is a unique experience. She has never missed a beat when addressing our questions. Her responses to sudden questions have been prompt and extremely helpful. The escrow and closing process occurred remotely and they were smoothly managed by the CV Escrow company. We wholeheartedly recommend Niko Esposito because with her capable and professional guidance, we were able to close on our new house early in September and we are now very happily settling in this week.

I called SCE and they informed me that I was using to much electricity for a single person living in a 1200 sq foot cottage. They asked what I was running 24/7. It was the pool and light timer. The pool light went on every night 6-11 unabiling me to do anything manually. Compiling electric bills and back and forth emails no help, ZERO to the point where she will not reply to issues with the home. The pool man allowed me to look at the timer, yes the filter was running 24/7 for 5 months. It has been concluded that the pool and my cottage use the same meter. This fact is not in my lease, never discussed or disclosed. An extra $200 a month is something I would of had to consider to make the move. Now I have taken control of the pool timer.
