We recently had the opportunity to work with the amazing crew to install a patio and outdoor fireplace. From my first email exchange to the day the job was done, they were fantastic. Eric and Anthony were top-notch. They communicated all of the possible options, prices, and timing. They showed up when they said they would, kept the worksite absolutely pristine, and tackled every unexpected issue that arose with professionalism and craftsmanship. She handled my 6'3" and 240 lbs with ease and listened to my every command. The process for mounting the horses and the extreme disorganization at the end of the ride were much less enjoyable. After being placed on your horse, you are left while others are mounting theirs for the ride. We waited at least 10 minutes on anxious horses that weren't happy standing around. They walked us into tree branches a few times. When we returned from the ride, the lack of staff to assist was even more apparent. Two staff members to assist 12-14 riders and horses is not sufficient. My girlfriend's horse led her through 3 prickly trees. My horse went to the watering trough and was almost bitten by another horse. This caused my horse rear back, sprint a few steps forward and start to buck. I haven't been on a horse in over 30 years, so I feel very fortunate that I was able to get her to calm down and not toss me. These issues could all be alleviated by adding 2 additional staff members. $45 for an hour trail ride seems like a fair price, but at that price you should also have enough staff on hand to handle paying customers and ensuring a pleasant and safe experience.

Five Stars for Jordan at Shenandoah Sporting Goods!…read more I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Shenandoah Sporting Goods thanks to Jordan, who helped me set up and tune my brand-new Hoyt RX 10. And get this--mine was the very first RX 10 they sold! That made the experience even more special, and Jordan handled the flagship bow setup like a true professional. The setup process was detailed and meticulous, especially since I was keen on utilizing the new Hoyt XTS tuning system right away. I know I can be a bit particular when it comes to getting a bow dialed in, but Jordan was incredibly friendly and patient throughout the entire process. They walked me through every adjustment, explaining the nuances of the XTS system without ever making me feel rushed. Jordan's expertise and commitment to making sure the bow was perfectly tailored to me were truly outstanding. It's rare to find that level of dedication and customer service. If you are looking to purchase a new Hoyt, especially the RX 10, ask for Jordan--you won't find better service or a more knowledgeable tuner. My new RX 10 is shooting flawlessly, and it's all thanks to them!
