She quickly jumped into action and called appropriate venders to care of situation immediately. On top of that when replacing vanity cabinet she had faucet and vanity handle and towel bars and toilet paper holder updated to match my shower curtain and towels. Not that is real management in my book. This is great apartment complex to be at not to mention quiet and clean too. Thanks Ava!

Health and fire hazards as well such as mold. Management is hard to get a hold of and they seem bothered when you submit maintenance requests. I've stayed here because it's affordable but if they raise the rent on us in January, I'm going to just cut my losses and file a lawsuit against them with part of the money I have saved to buy a new home next year. These apartments are not worth more than what they're already charging us. I know others in the community who feel the same way I do. They like to micromanage us and find ways to over charge us anyway that they can, but we aren't seeing any of that money being put back into bettering our community. It's very one sided.

For months, he has submitted maintenance requests for serious issues inside the apartment, including EXPOSED NAILS coming through the carpet. These were not minor cosmetic flaws. These were sharp nails protruding through the flooring. One of the young girls ran across the carpet and stepped directly onto one of these nails and nearly required stitches to repair her foot. I have also personally injured my leg on exposed nails in the carpet. These injuries were not due to carelessness on our part. They were the result of a lack of urgency and proper maintenance from this complex. Despite filing multiple complaints -- by email, phone, and in person at the leasing office -- the issues either remained unresolved or were not treated with the seriousness they deserved. There are multiple aspects of the apartment that continue to break or have never been properly fixed. Requests are submitted, acknowledged, and then seemingly forgotten. When children are being injured in their own home because of preventable maintenance hazards, that should be an immediate priority. Instead, it has felt like an inconvenience to management. As if the unsafe living conditions weren't enough, the security situation at this property is equally alarming. My boyfriend's truck has been broken into multiple times while living here. And most recently, my brand new car was STOLEN from this property. When we approached the leasing office asking if they could check security cameras, we were told they do not have any cameras. That in itself is concerning, but what was even more shocking was the way we were treated during that conversation. Instead of empathy, support, or even basic professionalism, I was met with a dismissive and condescending tone. I was spoken to as if I had somehow done something wrong for having my vehicle stolen -- even though it was parked correctly and locked. Rather than offering help or guidance, the conversation quickly turned into subtle blame and defensiveness. Being told "there's nothing we can do" is one thing. Being spoken down to while already dealing with a stressful and violating situation is another. The people working here have consistently been unhelpful, unsatisfactory, and unnecessarily rude. Every interaction feels defensive. Every concern feels minimized. There is a clear pattern of residents being treated as inconveniences rather than paying tenants. At a minimum, residents deserve: * Safe flooring free of exposed nails * Timely and competent maintenance repairs * Respectful communication * Basic property security measures * Management that takes injuries and theft seriously Instead, what we have experienced is negligence, dismissiveness, and attitude. Maybe staff are underpaid. Maybe they are overwhelmed. But that does not excuse the lack of professionalism or the failure to address safety hazards that have caused real injuries. I genuinely cannot recommend this complex to anyone -- especially families with children. Before signing a lease here, I strongly encourage you to inspect every inch of your unit, document every request in writing, and ask very direct questions about maintenance response times and security measures. No one should have to worry about stepping on exposed nails in their own home. No one should have their vehicle stolen and then be treated as if it were their fault. No resident should feel disrespected for advocating for their own safety. I would truly rather live anywhere else than live -- or even visit -- here again.

This will be my final year leasing here, as the safety concerns, management issues, and overall living conditions have not improved despite repeated attempts to address them. There is a persistent security problem on the premises. Individuals experiencing homelessness frequently enter the property, dig through the trash, and camp behind the complex. Several encounters have been aggressive and threatening. When I reported one such incident to management, I was met with an unhelpful response rather than action. Although the complex advertises regular security patrols, I have not observed any presence in months, although the apartment manager says they do daily visits yet, no one seems to see any security patrolling. Many amenities also do not function reliably. The hot tub is frequently out of service, the dog park is extremely small and often unclean, and the package mailroom lock has malfunctioned multiple times, leaving packages inaccessible. The gym is often very dirty and makes you not want to work out in it. Maintenance has been equally disappointing. My unit was not fully painted upon move-in, and despite repeated assurances during annual inspections that a mold issue caused by leaking shower pipes behind the wall would be corrected, no action has been taken. I have submitted maintenance requests that resulted in no-show appointments without any communication from the staff. While the appliances appear modern, their performance is substandard, and the overall construction quality of the building is poor. Operational management appears unstable, with three different apartment managers since I moved in. Communication is inconsistent, and staff members, though often described as "busy," are rarely seen addressing concerns within the community. Incentives are offered for positive reviews, which likely explains many of the overly favorable ratings online. I have documented these issues with photographs, as I have noticed management sometimes disputes negative feedback. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property and look forward to relocating to a safer and better-maintained community.

The traffic is loud, but Sunrise is a main thoroughfare so it's expected. The management is super nice and they're very responsive to maintenance requests. The rent is high, but we have some great amenities. The only complaints I have are that there isn't adequate parking so people are fighting for parking spots. We have parking permit stickers but nobody checks them so we constantly have people with no permits taking up spaces residents use. The other complaints is the gate. They don't issue codes so visitors or DoorDash have to use the directory which is confusing for people who don't speak much English. Otherwise, no complaints. I highly recommend this apt complex.

He took the bus tours, he played (and a force to be reckoned with) Bingo. He started a putting club and got people interested in putting around on a green. He enjoyed the entertainment that came in regularly for "sing song" as he like to say. And he really enjoyed the themed holiday decorations that came out. He felt a part of. The care staff did a fabulous job keeping him informed and with any kind of assistance. When he had a question they were eager to help. Any questions that came up, the staff communicated with our family and were also available to answer any of our questions. The Chef and Dining experience. Oakmont of Fair Oaks did not serve "restaurant" food each day. They served gourmet meals that were very delicious. The staff formed relationships with our father and he came to have a standing order, "the usual". For the holidays we as his family were invited in to share in holiday celebrations. If you appreciate direct and open communication with your questions answered or additional clarification needed from the family. And you value the forming of relationships, personal relationships, Oakmont of Fair Oaks did both of those with our father and my brother and I. My father felt as though he was at home and could spend the remaining months of his life with people who cared about him.
