The last few times I've been in over the years since, the employees lack of service has made me leave without purchasing. I tried again today and I didn't think it could get worse. There was no acknowledgment when we entered or even when we approached the desk. My husband asked if they had Murphy beds and the disinterested sales man said nope and went back to staring at his computer. We wandered the store looking for alternative options. An elderly couple who could barely walk approached the sales man and asked for dining room sets. The man pointed up and said 2nd floor. He didn't offer any other help. I told the couple in front of the sales man that there was an elevator lift that the salesperson could take them up. The salesman didn't say anything or offer. The couple shuffled off looking for the lift. I caught up to them and told them the salesman would need to take them up. They decided to just leave since they weren't offered help. Yes, there were two employees there so it wasn't a matter of not being able to get away from the desk. Beautiful furniture but no one to help you or to at least act like they give a flip. 2/07/2026

Then they tell me they will call me Friday to let me know a delivery window. So far my Husband has missed one day of work waiting and I am missing two days of work. Thinking about buying new furniture here? RUN as far away as possible. They delivered a broken…read morecouch to my house, and when I refused to accept it, they told me it wasn't "returnable" and that I had to use the "manufacturer's warranty" to repair it. I didn't purchase a refurbished couch. I have every right to expect to receive a new product or to receive a refund if a company does not deliver what I paid for. A warranty covers a couch that arrives intact, unbroken, and NEW, then has issues. No upstanding business should gaslight the customer into believing it's normal to receive something broken and tolerate spending several weeks without a couch while the new-price couch gets refurbished.

I headed over there and found some hand warmers for $1 and a pop it for $3. When I asked the gentleman to get me one of the fans that were high up. We went through 3-4 of them trying to find one that had instructions and looked brand new. I appreciated him going through them with me trying to find the "best" one. When I got it home and plugged it in. The buttons on the fan don't work. The only thing it does is goes up and down and not side to side like my daughter wanted. My youngest daughter didn't mind it doing that, so they switched them out. I got a receipt sent to me via text. So I have no clue if they take items back.
