Ironically she gets approved and I was denied to be told that my credit wasn't good enough... yet checked my credit and no inquiry had been submitted at all!!! Wow... considering I have good rental history and meet the income requirements. Bad business!!

Dealt with them for 3 weeks, knowing we specifically said that we had a dog. When we put the application in the front desk girl asked us what kind and how old our pet was, only to turn around literally 2 seconds later to say that they don't except them. when we asked to see the property manager she came out, not only did she not introduce herself but she immediately started to raise her voice and spoke with aggression with her hands. The unorganized chaos is not worth dealing with. Don't go there unless you want your time wasted and be lied to.

I've NEVER been treated so disrespectful in my entire 18 year Military career. Someone walked into my apartment, DRUNK, and started yelling profanities at me. When I asked the person to leave, She went to the office and complained that my family was too loud, and her husband was trying to sleep. She said he was a shift worker. The truth was, they were sitting outback consuming mass amounts of alcohol, at 1815 and he had a headache. He wasn't trying to sleep, at all. The office manager, noticing that her friend was drunk, asked us to quiet down, wrote me up, and told her friend to sleep it off. It got worse from there. I requested a copy of the report, and it "suddenly" disappeared. She then, Christina, wrote us up again, this time at 1720, when my family came to visit me, after I'd had a double Mastectomy. She said that my nieces and nephews were making too much noise. I was paying over $1100 a month to be harassed, and mistreated. My kids deserved better. The way we were treated was never rectified, and my kids and I were forced leave. When I asked for the paperwork regarding her decision, it was non-existent. How can it be ok for people to A veteran and her kids out on the streets before Christmas??? This place needs to be people friendly.

I went to my daughter's home to spend the night because it was 110" outside. I was trying to get the electric on, the water included in rent. When I came home the next day, the locks were changed, front and back. A card in the door saying "we know who you are, you are illegally trespassing. we just met the people who live here. Call us and leave a message." Went back to my daughter's house where I have been living since last month. No one from this office has even taken the time to try to reach out to me. Pathetic People. My cat was in the house, I had to get my fur baby. Was informed by Bryan that I should've know better. Law enforcement was called. He read all correspondence with the people in Arizona, came to the conclusion that I was not trespassing illegally. He said that the rental company was going to rent a pod to put all of my personal property in until the Third of July when I get my SS check. I am 66 yrs old, not in good health. The officer was very helpful. He explained to me that unfortunately I had been ripped off by the people in Arizona. WELL, Goldboro Key Rentals, You lied to me. They harassed me for five days saying the lady that was moving in would be in the house on Friday. I did n't have money for a storage unit until the Third, they knew that. They informed me that I needed to get my stuff by Friday or they were taking it all to the dump. Didn't even give me a week. So, I informed them that if there had been a realty sign out front, I would've contacted them about renting. * BTW, a police report was filed for cybercrime on the Internet. * Yesterday, I found my memories of 45 years was being sold online on FB marketplace. You lying pieces of *sh*t. Karma coming back around and bite you like the dogs you are, hope you enjoyed taking advantage of an old lady, on Social Security. Beware, these are the most unprofessional morally devoid real estate agents you will ever do…read morebusiness with. They are proficient at the old fashion "bait and switch" whereby they quote a rental amount only to claim they "made a mistake" days later after you have relied on their misrepresentation and stopped searching for alternate rentals. I was in dire need of a rental unit and I openly and honestly made this abundantly clear to them. I was quoted one amount and then given another quote that was $125 more and told that they conflated a property in Goldsboro with one in Snow hill. The change coincidentally occurred after they received my financial information and realized they could command more given my finances and predicament. It gets progressively worse. I was told that the carpets would be replaced and the walls painted. Later I was told, and I quote: "The owner decided not to paint at this time. The walls cleaned up pretty good. He decided money would be better spent on a new stove and a few other repairs. He isnt saying hes not going to paint but it will have to be a little later on to help off set some of the current costs. [sic] As you can see, this company's representative also needs English lessons. Suffice it to say, I never received a stove, other repairs or paint. Finally, after they earned enough money to renovate, they summarily provided a thirty-day notice, never returned my security deposit and never provided an accounting. This company is morally bankrupt and I would avoid them.
