I am disabled. When i moved in, the back yard was not that different than it is now. This house also lacks a ground wire, which has cost me 4500 dollars in electronics due to surges and an inadequate breaker box. At the beginning the rent was appealing, but now - given no option but to spend hundreds on groundskeeping, it's much less appealing. The only thing they seem eager to fix is my air conditioning and heating, which seems to mess up once a year. As i said, I am disabled, and they only gave me 5 days to do something about it. I am in panic mode much more often than i'd want a property to be, so i can only provide a lackluster rating. I need this house because pet friendly is hard to find, but i also feel blackmailed into staying here due to costs that a fully disabled man cannot afford. It's at your own risk with these guys.

He read all correspondence with the people in Arizona, came to the conclusion that I was not trespassing illegally. He said that the rental company was going to rent a pod to put all of my personal property in until the Third of July when I get my SS check. I am 66 yrs old, not in good health. They harassed me for five days saying the lady that was moving in would be in the house on Friday. I did n't have money for a storage unit until the Third, they knew that. They informed me that I needed to get my stuff by Friday or they were taking it all to the dump. Didn't even give me a week. So, I informed them that if there had been a realty sign out front, I would've contacted them about renting. * BTW, a police report was filed for cybercrime on the Internet. * Yesterday, I found my memories of 45 years was being sold online on FB marketplace. Beware, these are the most unprofessional morally devoid real estate agents you will ever do…read morebusiness with. They are proficient at the old fashion "bait and switch" whereby they quote a rental amount only to claim they "made a mistake" days later after you have relied on their misrepresentation and stopped searching for alternate rentals. I was in dire need of a rental unit and I openly and honestly made this abundantly clear to them. I was quoted one amount and then given another quote that was $125 more and told that they conflated a property in Goldsboro with one in Snow hill. The change coincidentally occurred after they received my financial information and realized they could command more given my finances and predicament. It gets progressively worse. I was told that the carpets would be replaced and the walls painted. Later I was told, and I quote: "The owner decided not to paint at this time. The walls cleaned up pretty good. He decided money would be better spent on a new stove and a few other repairs. He isnt saying hes not going to paint but it will have to be a little later on to help off set some of the current costs. [sic] As you can see, this company's representative also needs English lessons. Suffice it to say, I never received a stove, other repairs or paint. Finally, after they earned enough money to renovate, they summarily provided a thirty-day notice, never returned my security deposit and never provided an accounting. This company is morally bankrupt and I would avoid them.
