Eagles is the worst business to use for renting. If you are a renter avoid Eagles. They charge you for yearly inspections and if anything needs to be fixed it won't. They believe in harassing tenants for the sake of bad landlords. Then the office staff is very rude and makes everything a personal vendetta. Please do not rent from eagles. read more

I've lived here for 2 years and each year gets worse. Recently called them about mold in both toilets because I have a toddler as well as myself and know mold is dangerous to live in. I've cleaned the toilets thoroughly throughout my lease and it always comes back. They cancelled my work order said there's nothing maintenance can do about it and told me to use bleach. I've used clorox which is a brand of bleach and they will not come out and fix the issue. When I first told them about it in 2022 they told me it wasn't mold but was hard water stains and to contact my water company smh. The customer service is horrible would never rent with these people again! read more

Would not ever rent a property from this realtor again. Several issues with front bedroom toilet not flushing properly. They took several days to send someone out to address issue with toilet not flushing properly. this is by far the worst property management company I have ever experienced working with. You cannot contact them directly, they will upcharge you for random nothing and leave you wondering why. If you are an owner or renter i warn you go to someone else. they have changed management more than twice in the past three years and lost mat of the tenants information. I have lived in my apartment for four years and I love it. The apartments are unique and beautiful...spacious with lots of windows to let in plenty of light. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is very quiet. Eagles Properties takes excellent care of their tenants. They change the air filters every three months, keep the lawn and landscaping neat and tidy and power wash the buildings twice a year and pest control comes out several times a year. (By the way I have never seen the first bug in my apartment). The staff is stellar and they respond immediately to any requests for maintenance. My initial intention was to live there one year then buy my own home however my apartment is perfect and I love the staff. I am never moving. read more

You could not possibly pick a worse company to use as property managers. These people did not protect my son, who is currently deployed. The tenants that they placed in my son's house killed most of the newly planted trees and shrubs on the brand new property. The tenants broke the microwave, and Eagles Properties refused to even speak to the tenants about the dead trees, the broken microwave, or their refusal to return countless phone calls and emails. Best rental company we have ever used! Everyone was always helpful and friendly. We only had one maintenance issue with our home when our AC stopped working in the middle of summer on a Sunday. They came out that Sunday morning and fixed it almost immediately. Wish we could rent from them where we just moved! read more

I wish I could give them 0 stars. All they care about is money and they are unprofessional about it. Upon moving out they told us that on top of our security deposit they were keeping an extra 3000 dollars in damages... there was nothing close to 3000 dollars in damages. We asked them to provide proof of the damage and a more detailed receipt of why it would cost that much. They never emailed us back or communicated with us after that. In stead they got a debt collector involved and four months later we got a call that they had a debt collector requesting money from us. They wouldn't answer calls or emails. We should have pursued legal action but we are military and have busy lives. They prey off the military and the fact that often they are states away by the time they ask for money. I will tell all my friends moving there (which is plenty) To NEVER rent with this horrible company. Seriously have never been treated worse in my life from a rental company. read more

Horrible experience!!! First thing my home was in a neighborhood where the neighbors were best friends with the owner. I had to remind little miss nosey next door several times it was not okay to come in my yard and cut a Bush bc the owner asked her to. It was RIDICULOUS. The end of my lease experience got even worse. I was told the owners wanted to sell the property I was living in which actually turned out to be okay because I was thinking of not renewing my lease. My lease was supposed to be up on 9/30/2020. I agreed to move a month early because I was told the owners were VERY anxious to sell the property. So my date to vacate was 8/22/2020 given on 7/10/2020 which I thought was being helpful. After the notice was given I was contacted relentlessly by an agent working for the owner wanting access to the property. Each request I graciously declined due to being in the process of moving... I had things everywhere and Covid-19 HELLO!! I didn't want strangers coming in the home. I explained this to him several times. I even called Eagles and told them what I told him. As I had been contacted no less than 6 times by phone and text from the real estate agent working for the owner- I decided to move out even sooner than the given 8/22/2020 as clearly they were beyond anxious to sale. I let Eagles know the reasoning and asked them to please tell the agent to quit contacting me which by the way they had to of given him my contact information. This had to of been at least my 3rd request asking Eagles to have him stop. How else would he have my contact information to begin with??? It was their fault. Needless to say. He did not stop contacting me. I moved out on 8/8/2020 and the agent called me AGAIN at 8 am on Monday 8/10/2020!!! This place is full of liars. Not to mention how they are trying to rip me off for so called 580.00 In damages to which the property manager has yet to call me back and explain how or where these so called damages came from. I paid my rent on time. Never gave them an issue and I THOUGHT my business was appreciated. Even with Covid my payments were made on time... ahead of time. DO NOT rent from here if you want to be valued as a customer. I lived there for almost 2 years. Go somewhere your dollar will be appreciated! read more

This company is rapidly gaining a reputation for possibly extorting money from young airmen and women, claiming damage to the properties that they manage by saying that the tenants' caused THOUSANDS of dollars in damage by doing things that any other property management's policy would consider normal "wear and tear." For example, they are trying to keep our entire security deposit, plus are requesting an additional $4000 simply for the proper use of sheetrock anchors in a home we rented for 3 years! They acknowledge that we took very good care of the home, but they seem to cower down to the property owner and any claims that the owner may make. They do NOT look out for the renters' interests whatsoever. Being a base commander who deals with 500 airmen at SJAFB, we have seen several airman in our community be held liable for thousands of dollars of damage that they should NOT have been held liable for. Poor communication, poor walk through notes and the company tells you that you are not allowed to be present for a move out inspection. This company is good for a property owner who intends on making money off of tenants when they move out. That's it. However, they do not seem to care at all about the tenants that they place in homes. We lived in a rental property for three years and they did not do a walk-through not 1 time in three years to assess the condition! Being a homeowner of multiple properties myself, for which i use property managers to manage, I know that walk-throughs are essential at least once or twice a year for each property I own. Tenants beware! This review is my opinion based upon my personal experience, and combined with multiple stories from airmen claiming they've been ripped off. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. From the beginning they treated us like we weren't worth their time. They would get us mixed up with another property multiple times in the beginning to the point that it was getting to be an issue. Then when the summer heat came, the hvac broke (along with more of their other properties) and they blamed us for "breaking" it when our filter was clean. So they refused to pay the fee that brought out their A/C guy. If this is how they treat any of the other military families, I have no idea how they've been staying in business for so long. We've never been so mistreated by a company as this one has done. The owner even refused to make the situation better. read more
