This house also lacks a ground wire, which has cost me 4500 dollars in electronics due to surges and an inadequate breaker box. At the beginning the rent was appealing, but now - given no option but to spend hundreds on groundskeeping, it's much less appealing. The only thing they seem eager to fix is my air conditioning and heating, which seems to mess up once a year. As i said, I am disabled, and they only gave me 5 days to do something about it. I am in panic mode much more often than i'd want a property to be, so i can only provide a lackluster rating. I need this house because pet friendly is hard to find, but i also feel blackmailed into staying here due to costs that a fully disabled man cannot afford. It's at your own risk with these guys.
