5-Star Review We cannot recommend JLV Handyman Services…read morehighly enough. We were referred to Jose Vaquera by a neighbor who praised his work, and after partnering with him and his team on multiple projects, we completely understand why. Jose is knowledgeable, experienced, kind, and incredibly patient. His professionalism sets the tone for his entire crew. Over the course of at least four major projects, and with another already planned, JLV has consistently delivered exceptional results. Their work for us has included building a new fence, replacing the siding on our two story home, remodeling our staircase, redoing our master bathroom shower, and replacing tile in our other bathrooms. We're so pleased with their craftsmanship that we're likely moving forward with kitchen cabinet work next. The crew is skilled, courteous, and remarkably conscientious. They take great care to protect the home, putting down paper and plastic everywhere (truly to a fault) so dust and cleanup are minimal. They are punctual, hardworking, and will stay as long as you allow to ensure the job is done right. His pricing is very reasonable, especially given the high quality, professionalism, and reliability he and his team bring to every project. If you're looking for a trustworthy, talented, and professional team, JLV Handyman Services is an outstanding choice for any size project. We highly recommend Jose and his crew.

Tony's a good advocate working with insurance companies and other vendors (getting solar panels removed) and will get the job done right. I had a roof leak and had initially called them to repair a valley, but he found hail damage and I hired them to replace the roof and other repairs. They're prompt, skilled, and can be trusted. I'd hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing roof work or other restoration.

We wanted to find a company that could handle our entire claim but every company we contacted could only do the roof and we would have to contract with another company for the water damage. They really made it "like it never happened" because not only did they dry everything out but they replaced all the damaged drywall and materials, even textured and repainted! Jeff did a great job managing the project too, ask for him 940-268-1060! He took our calls anytime day or night and was really on top of things.

He and/or his team showed up every day of the project and told us a time range for arrival. We set a goal timeframe at the beginning of each project. Most days someone was here by 8 am. They worked most of the day, focused on details, and cleaned up before they left each day. Erick was always accessible answering or returning most calls within an hour. We agreed on a budget for both projects, we paid him as milestones were met, and his estimates were reasonable. We did supply sinks, tubs, faucets and tiles. All in all, we were very happy with our results. We would hire him again.

We initially hired them to paint our master bathroom, but with their high quality work, attention to detail, and extremely reasonable prices we kept adding projects from our "wish list" to their scope. Ultimately, not only did they paint the bathroom, but they tiled one of the walls (it looks amazing), painted the upstairs bathroom cabinets, a couple of doors that needed some love, and ultimately, painted most of the exterior of our home. They also threw in the installation of a lot of cabinet hardware (handles and pulls) that we had intended to do ourselves, but due to procrastination (and laziness--let's be honest), hadn't gotten around to doing yet. Lonestar's owners came to our house every day (often multiple times) to check the progress of the work and make sure everything was being done according to our wishes and expectations. I really appreciated their attention to detail and their passion for making sure that everything was done exactly right and that we were happy with the results. If you want a job done well, done right the first time, done on schedule, and done at a very reasonable price, don't hesitate to call LoneStar. They will be my "go to" guys for as long as we live here.
