During the 5 days I asked him to confirm our appointment because I needed to take time off from work. He never confirmed the appointment but just said he will be there. Here I was waiting for this guy to show up. Again, no communication. I messaged him 10 minutes before the scheduled time and he replies he is still planning to come but he is out of town until noon. He said a tree came down somewhere last night and it was an emergency. I would have understood if he had messaged me last night or even early this morning but not informing your client for scheduled appointment delays is a bad business motive. Now I have to find another electrician and now my project will be delayed. Bruce needs to understand that he is not the only person who is busy and has emergencies. I would not recommend Bruce and Thomas's electric company. As you can see from the pictures, Bruce never asked for my phone number nor did I ever provide him my phone number. The wiring from our boiler to our thermostat was faulty. Jason immediately alleviated our concerns that he could be of assistance and he visited our house shortly thereafter. Yes, he came to our house on new years eve to help us out in need when no other electrician was available. He sacrificed his time, and his holiday schedule to help out strangers in need. 2. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and hard working. He clearly understood what needed to be done for each project we needed. Being the fairly new owners of the home, I wasn't sure if the previous owners had left some paint behind, so I requested the estimate include the cost if we had the paint, as well as the cost if they needed to provide the paint. He said I'd have an invoice by end of day. Nine days later I still hadn't received an invoice, and because I'd initially been impressed by the company, I called to follow up. Holly apologized and said she'd send it over immediately, and she did. However, the invoice was missing almost half the projects we'd discussed and only included the cost if we provided paint. I contacted her back pointing out the missing items, and received another estimate. The second estimate still had missing items. After a couple of emails and five updated estimates later the info still wasn't correct. We received five estimates from five different companies for our job and it was coming down to Mr Fixit Fast and another company.
