I went to several powder coat specialist and the guys at Sunset Powder Coating gave me a very reasonable quote and were very knowledgeable. I decided to give them a try and could not have been happier with the end results. It looks great!!! Having been in the automotive service industry for many years, I'm a tough judge of my fellow businesses but the staff here know what their talking about and quickly sold me. Their work speaks for itself, so if you need something powder coated, I'm confident you won't be dissapointed. I certainly wasn't and will definitely use them again as soon as the need arises. The thing that separates them would be, in my case, the 4 day process and they pick up the product and deliver it back to you upon completion. Efficient, professional, affordable and convenient. Called Precision Fabrication and spoke to Aaron regarding a stripped O2 sensor bung on my exhaust…read moremanifold that I needed to have replaced. Aaron was very professional, polite and easy to talk to. He proposed a couple different options to replace the bung, 1) a cheap & easy way or 2) a more expensive & harder way. I went with option 2 because although more expensive it was still reasonably priced. Dropped off the exhaust manifold on Tuesday morning, he said it would be ready for pick up on Wednesday morning. Tuesday afternoon I receive a text from Aaron saying that he was able to re-tap the damaged threads on the original bung and the exhaust was ready for pick up. He charged me a fraction of the price we discussed. He could have made a nice "chuck of change" if he replaced the bung but instead he rethreaded it and saved me a lot of money. Who does that in the day & age of looking out for "number one"? Someone with integrity, that's who. It was a pleasure doing business with Aaron. I will be recommending his company, Precision Fabrication, to all my friends and family that need help with metal fabrications/repairs. He has definitely earned my trust.
