Note The actual credit has not received on my credit card yet: 9/15: I received two messages today from the spa manager when I returned home who was VERY apologetic and very kindly offered me to come back for another therapist or a refund. I thought this was *very * professional. Unfortunately I left Nice after the spa so can only take the refund . I'm not sure about the comment that I should have stopped the massage and they would have had someone else do the massage as with hundreds of massages I've never had an experience like this and didn't know *I* was wrong in stopping and giving the therapist direction multiple times but was instead supposed to ask the therapist to go get me a new therapist. Simply taking direction would have sufficed. But again, I was very impressed with the manager's two voicemail messages and offer to correct the situation by a new massage or refund. This was definitely in line with the quality I had expected.

Do not go here for waxing (epilation) - especially bikini waxing. It was the worst bikini wax of…read moremy life and I've had many. The biggest offense is that it's not sanitary! I thought perhaps everyone gets their own new pot of wax, but NO - They dip the same metal tool in the wax and apply it to you over and over - who knows how many people have used that same wax. It doesn't matter what the rules or health code is in France, it's just not sanitary and shows they don't respect their clients' health and safety. Before I could say no, she also spread some sort of cream on afterward that burned and made my skin very red. Any true professional knows lotions/creams are terrible after waxing. The esthetician was friendly and fast, but that was the only positive. I regret not speaking up and just refusing to get waxed once I saw she was going to double dip. I hope this helps someone else in the future. And I hope the spa changes their policies - use the wooden sticks one time only and throw out after each application! That is the only sanitary way.

Initially I was concerned about the price as I struggled to find it on their website however they are super quick at responding on both email and FB so this was remedied promptly. Ladies the prices really are not extortionate in comparison to London / South of England and you get EXACTLY what you pay for so there is no concern here. I paid for a cut / colour / highlights / conditioning treatment / wash and blow dry then it was styled at the end. Consultation was fabulous, English was spoken so everything was carefully explained and understood then they show the price so you know at the beginning (This is important and many hairdressers in England should do the same)The massage chair and head massage was so so nice and of course the finished result on my hair was perfect. If I could give 10 stars I would so ladies if you're in the area and need an English speaking hairdresser who can do a wonderful job please go... It is just fabulous. I cant wait to return.

There is a couple of women who work there that speak English, which is a necessity for me, since my French is limited to saying Bonjour and Merci. They specialize in skin care, but provide a great manicure that lasted a bit longer than my manicures typically last. They had a nice selection of OPI colors to choose from, and note that not all of their colors are displayed on the shelves. I would totally recommend this place if you find yourself in Nice needing a mani or a pedi. I'm sure they do a good facial also.
