The other day when i went to collect my two new phones it turned into quite an upsetting altercation. As the shop staff called up firstly two security guards & then the police. I spent 30 minutes handcuffed in the back of a police car while my son who is autistic was left to stand on his own. I found it traumatic as my son is very vulnerable & never goes out alone. I couldn't see him properly as the car windows were steamed up. I left a review about my experience at the shop. I have started a formal complaint to O2. Same to the police, grabbing & dragging me was assault no matter their uniforms. Was told at the shop i needed passport or a driving licence. Told them passport out of date they said bring it anyway. I received a notification again from O2 telling me to collect my phone. Being unwell i couldn't go so i asked a friend to yesterday. They took my passport & their driving licence. But yet again the shop staff refused to give them my phones. Avoid this shop. The other day when i went to collect my two new phones it turned into quite an upsetting altercation.
