The Clinic can unlock and unblock your phones, replace lost chargers, update the software and generally restyle your phone. Or that phone you found in that club last night and didn't want to hand in cos it's better than yours....sorry, paranoia coming in again. Although I take the mickey, these places are godsends if your beloved phone IS poorly, and they can generally diagnose and cure on the spot or within the day. I refuse to leave my phone overnight though because, well, I'm not stupid....

I had to go to the Apple store for a proper replacement (which cost me £149), as I didn't trust Mobile Hub to fix it again. I went in twice for a refund and they flatly refused, denying all responsibility and were incredibly rude to me. They don't appear to have a legal refund policy. Avoid at all costs. I'm in the process of going to Trading Standards about them.
