Terrible after sales care.
Fitted with a replacement screen for my iPhone 5s and it was slightly loose at the top. Either poor parts or workmanship to blame. I place my phone screen down and it shattered due to weak fitting.
Went back to shop and it appears that the damage is not covered as it has multiple break points.
The man who told me this was serving another customer and proceeded to tell me that it was not possible from across the shop in front of other people as he believed it had been dropped several times.
Why treat people in such a manner??!!
Basically called me a liar in front of other people. Perhaps you could have come over and spoke to me directly.
The rude conversation ended with him decided he could not make a decision anyway. It was another staff member who was absent.
Avoid this place. One down the road that might take a little longer but is full of genuine nice people. Was told that it is possible to smash in the fashion mine is in.
Was a fan of supporting the small independent business but changed my mindset now.
