Terrible after sales care…read more Fitted with a replacement screen for my iPhone 5s and it was slightly loose at the top. Either poor parts or workmanship to blame. I place my phone screen down and it shattered due to weak fitting. Went back to shop and it appears that the damage is not covered as it has multiple break points. The man who told me this was serving another customer and proceeded to tell me that it was not possible from across the shop in front of other people as he believed it had been dropped several times. Why treat people in such a manner??!! Basically called me a liar in front of other people. Perhaps you could have come over and spoke to me directly. The rude conversation ended with him decided he could not make a decision anyway. It was another staff member who was absent. Avoid this place. One down the road that might take a little longer but is full of genuine nice people. Was told that it is possible to smash in the fashion mine is in. Was a fan of supporting the small independent business but changed my mindset now. Staff are rude and treat you like a liar once they have your money

The lads that work in there although they look a bit young and wet behind the ears, they are actually very knowledgable. Just goes to show appearences can be deceiving. I had never had a contract before or been with o2, but I am glad I am. The whole process from start to finish was so easy and they were really helpful everytime I went back as I didn't know how to work my phone. I spent nearly an hour in the store being given a lesson on how to work the iphone and they really helpful. This surprised me as I thought they would not care as they had already sold the phone so they could of not bothered, glad they did though or I would still be looking for the off button(there isn't one).

The shop itself is a bit on the small side but stocks quite a lot in there and compared to its local rival Rupert's, the shop is practically enormous. I recently paid a visit here to enquire about the cost of a new screen for a phone I had bought of eBay a week or so before as it had a couple of small scratches on it. The staff there that I spoke to quoted me a price but after looking at it recommended that unless it was a massive problem at the moment that I should leave it until it gets worse as it was quite expensive; nice to see they weren't trying to recommend something just to get my money. The selection of phones there did look pretty decent, and they do also offer their services for various phone repairs and phone unlocking, meaning All Things Mobile is definitely becoming a worthy competitor to Rupert's in the mobile phone stakes.
