Well the shops do sell items that are new, but mostly goods that people take in and exchange for cash. When you shop you have to go with some idea of what you are looking for and the quality you want. Fantastic for getting those gadgets you want, ok mainly not up to the minute, but very good for filling that little hole on the gadget shelf. I go in on my visit to town, must admit I'm a bit of a Cash Generator fan. Saved loads of money on lots of items. Bought a digital camera for £30 which was still selling down the road for £65 Do you get a buzz, you bet you do. Staff have never been pushy, always been very helpful and have gone out of their way to help. I have never had any problem taking items back if there is a problem, and usually been given a deal if I have replaced with something else. Purchased 20 pounds worth of minutes and data during a 8 day trip to england. The data did not…read morework from day one. When I called to complain they said there were several towers out in my area. They said this was not their fault and would not refund my money. I ended up going to ee and paying them 10 pounds for over 10 gigs of data and much better coverage and service. I sincerely hope O2 goes out of business. They truly have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They basically stole my money. Someone should sue them for their business practices
