I have been anice O2 customer since about 2000. Admittedly I have never bought a phone from the shop for the simple fact that I can't afford to. When 1 of my friends gives me a phone I am most grateful. I am a bit of a luddite when it comes to setting up the phone. This is usually easily remidied with help from the staff at the Bon Accord centre in Aberdeen. This time round I have actually managed the mojority of swapping by myself. Only a few little niggles left to do. I went into the 02 shop only to be told by a young chap that he wasn't going to help me out because I didn't buy the phone from the shop. When I tried to explain that I am an 02 customer he was talking over me and was not giving me a chance to speak. I left the shop telling him he is a disgrace. He made me feel like I had done something wrong when all I wanted was 5miutes of his time to help me. If the shop had been busy I would have understood a bit better but I think there was 1 other customer and they were being attended to. read more
