Absolut unverständlich zumal Mitarbeiter anwesend waren, aber lieber vor der Tür rauchten, bzw. sich die Zeit mit Geplauder mit Kollegen vertrieben, als Kunden zu bedienen. Unser Kundenberater, Samuel, war katastrophal und sehr unprofessionell. Meine Google Bewertung wurde von ihm erstellt und veröffentlich (natürlich mit 5 Sternen). Während unserer Beratung führte er parallel ein privates Gespräch mit seinem Kumpel, um den morgigen freien Tag zu planen. Wir haben fast zwei Jahre lang viel zu viel für einen Partnervertrag bezahlt, den er mit einer günstigeren "Plus Karte" ersetzen wollte. Dies hat er auch getan, aber dieser Partnervertrag wurde niemals gekündigt, obwohl ich mehrmals Vorort nachgehakt und er dies auch bestätigt hatte. Jetzt haben wir insgesamt drei Rufnummern und zahlen und dumm und dämlich. Bitte verlasst euch nicht auf die Aussagen der Mitarbeiter!

Every time I have tried to go to this store I have had a relatively bad experience. This time I had…read morea technical problem with my phone and needed someone to help resolve it. There is a counter where one goes to first identify the problem and then you will be sent to one of the technicians for assistance. Well, there was some woman behind the counter who wasn't wearing anything to identify her as a telekom employee. She spent the whole time I waited talking to one person and not letting the whole growing line of people know what the situation was and how to obtain service. I eventually concluded she must work there but am still unclear. I tried to ask someone else who worked there what I was supposed to do to get service but he just ignored me. It was all very confusing and not well organized. Will not return to this shop.
