Hi Jeffrey and Son,…read more I am so sorry to call you on Christmas Day. I was going to call you first thing in the morning and I just found out From my husband ....this minute at 10:30 pm..... Christmas Day.... The commercial Precor movers from LA are coming to our house at around 10:30 am tomorrow. Possibly a little later......i do not know for sure. I asked my Husband to call them when he wakes up to ask for a more accurate arrival time. My husband thinks he can arrange the pieces himself. He has zero space planning skills. . The machines are very heavy and need great care moving them from our living room back down a hallway to be placed in my guest room .... from their Covid home taking up my living room! Ugh! finally!!!!!! I am so sorry I did not give you more notice but, he has been planning this all on his own and just advised me tonight that they are coming tomorrow. I will pay you triple whatever your consulting fee if you or anyone in your company would be able to come over earlier and give me a feel for where you think each piece of equipment should go. The room is completely empty! my husband already has the mats on the floor, but, he is not a designer at all. I desperately need someone to just give me their professional opinion. I don't want to make stakeout heavy exercise equipment. I would feel very comfortable if there's any way your son or you or even any designer you know could come over anywhere from 9:30 am to 10:30 AM tomorrow and just take a quick look at the room as well as the Commercial Precor equipment. It is extremely heavy to move and needs the professional crew from LA to safely move it down the hall and into the back bedroom . There isn't too much: 1 commercial Precor treadmill, 1 Precor adaptive motion trainer(step machine). 1 Commercial bicycle and one commercial size ----- low to the ground water rower. 1 normal size flat / reclining weight lifting bench. Free weights can be stored empty clothes closet. The back room of the Bougainvilla one plan in Indian Ridge country club was designed to be a guest bedroom. It has an attached bath. It is 12 Ft by13 ft. Call The larger closet can accommodate free weights and many other fitness accessories. What pieces should go where.? Machelle DeSilva. 760610 3610 . Thank you for helping me if you or your son feel you may quickly help me.. i don't want to make a mistake as the professional Precor pieces are very heavy. . I am so sorry I didn't call you earlier. My husband seems to think he knows what should go where. In design even with just a few piece of furniture it can make her break the aesthetics and design of the room. I just want to know that I hired someone who knows about space planning and design. Of coursejeffrey Juasky recommends you and you talked about your son as well. Even if just your son could come over or any other designer that may work for you it should be a pretty easy job. In spite of the short notice, I will have to remain very blessed and delighted if one of you could come over or even another designer that you think might have a spare half an hour to take a quick look. I did not call Jeffrey Joravsky as I know last time we spoke he was exceptionally busy with his project up in Colorado. I just don't want make a mistake of moving this heavy equipment into a room and have it look hodgepodge. We may not have many options due to the small space, but at least I will feel at peace, knowing the designer looked at it and reassured that the placement would be best of the furniture From a design perspective. Please call me rather than text. I will keep my phone close with the Volume on high.. please call me one way or another if your son can come over for this quick job. I can also share with the other projects on my list to get your ideas and proceed with them soon. Please call me in the morning if possible Machelle at indian Ridge Country Club 760 610 3610 As you probably remember, jeffreyjurasky recommended you for my future projects. He also recommended Troy Zimmerman. I am desperate as I don't want to place the equipment without a professional Designer as the fitness equipment is so heavy to move. I am optimistic that I may see you, your son or another talented person tomorrow mornin. Please call me one way or another. I can also how you my other project that I. Need your help with. Kindest Regards Machelle Indian Ridge Country Club

Mike and his crew care about the work they do. We had some water damage from Hilary, and they…read morere-graded some of our property, put in better French drains, removed/replaced several inches of bottom drywall in our front room, and replaced the baseboards. He spotted a previous issue we had in one of our walls during the repair that would have been overlooked. Any issues we had, Mike was on it to make sure things were done right, and that we were satisfied with the work. We hope to hire him again.

Buyer beware. On March 11 of this year, I approved them to do a job at my house for a total cost of…read more$11,070 - the amount they quoted me - and the job was to commence on May 17. Fast forward to May 4, I get an email saying that it is actually going to cost me $16,350. The job is supposed to start less than two weeks from now and they are trying to charge me an extra $5,280 at the last possible moment, which is an additional 50% of what the entire job was originally supposed to cost. To make matters worse, I am a rental property owner and I had specifically blocked out this week for the work to be done. Now my next window for having the work done is August as there is no way I can find another contractor to start on May 17 with such little notice. Plus I have taken a big hit to my rental revenue as the house will probably be sitting vacant for the week they were supposed to be there. I can't help but feel this was a big bait and switch to try to get more money out of me, knowing I was stuck with this short window of time to have the job done, and I had no other alternatives. Nonetheless, on principle I told them to cancel the job as I think this is a terribly unethical way to conduct business.
