The only regret that I have is that there are far too little stars above to rate this care group…read more I have a lot of experience in health care and when I need services I probably am slightly smarter than the average person to find the right group. I had upcoming hip surgery and need companion care once I arrived back home following one day surgery. I interviewed 4 local groups and Happier at Home and Barbara the owner were clearly the winner. If is not that they sold me , but the delivery was on a scale of 1-10, 10 being best a 20! Their paperwork is flawless, their ability to deal with the individuals insurance is excellent. The care person they provided was like having a family member in my house. She was not only on top of everything but way ahead of me as I continued to improve under her supervision at home. I can not say enough about their organization, care and professionalism. Lou

I have Tricare medical insurance and was given a referral to Dr. Mark Pasquarette. I can't comment…read moreon what kind of doctor he is because I never saw him. His office staff was so hard to work with I finally gave up. I had received a message from the office saying to call them back to make an appointment. When I called back I was told they didn't have a referral for me so I was not allowed to make an appointment. I explained that they should have a referral for me since they were the ones who called me initially (I even gave them the date and time the message was left). The woman was rude and argumentative. She told me I'd have to deal with Tricare myself and get Tricare to send them a referral (which they had already done). I did call Tricare, who said they had sent the referral. I already have a full-time job; I don't need to do the work of Dr. Pasquarette's office staff. It shouldn't be this hard just to get an appointment. I decided to go somewhere else where it would be less of a headache.

INSANELY AWESOME!!!…read more We LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Dan, he's just an amazing human as well as a fantastic Chiropractor! He'd be a great Chiro too for those who've had issues with Chiro in the past....he is EXTREMELY gentle and EXTREMELY cautious with his care of people. I've been lucky with amazing Chiro in the past, but Dr. Dan is by far THE most amazing ever! Additionally, the Massage Therapy here is FABULOUS, used many staff members and they ALL are seriously FIRST CLASS. They have a simple App-scheduler that is easy to use as well as great staff that can schedule for you by phone. Average cost per visit (I think?) for Chiro $45-50 cash (varies depending on your situation & insurance) and about $65-90 for massages (typical is 50-min but time & cost vary).

Friendly staff, easy new patient sign up, professional doctor, top notch facilities and most importantly my back pain is much better. The lady I spoke to when I called was personable, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in accommodating me. The new patient forms are online, by that I mean you fill them out and hit submit. No print, complete and then fax/scan. This makes the process super convenient. Doctor Dan was genuinely interested in helping me and NOT trying to sell me this and sell me that. He did not try to talk to me about the way I live my.life or try to tell me that I needed to change this or change that. His approach is medical in nature and NOT holistic. I feel I have made an excellent choice in chiropractic care.

They even had my post deleted in the private moms group somehow. You are welcome to contact me for more info

He is one of the few doctors my son feels comfortable with. He treats his patients like friends and family. In a recent appointment, my son was worried that he had not lost weight. He has a medication that keeps weight on and he is currently about 100 lbs too heavy. His past visits..my son would show that he'd put on 1 or 2 more pounds. But this last visit..he gained none. Dr Gustin gave him big praise saying that he's headed in the right direction. And that if he keeps going on the same path, he will probably find his weight improving. My son walked out of there with a big smile on his face and renewed faith in eating right and exercising. Now his goal is to keep Dr Gutsin smiling. I really appreciate that Dr Gutsin cares about his emotional state as well as his physical state. He looks out for his patients.

With the expertise of Dr. Liz Henry and Dr. Summer Lamborn, she was back to dancing pain-free in no time. A year or two later, my husband partially tore his rotator cuff, and surgery was recommended by his Dr. After having observed the extremely knowledgeable and friendly environment of Lifeforce, I made my husband an appointment. After a few weeks of sessions, and a home exercise plan specifically tailor-made for him, he is and has been completely pain-free with full use of his arm and shoulder ever since!!! Over the last few years, I have been helped by both Summer and Liz for a number of issues, ranging from tendonitis of both feet, and now I see Liz for chronic back pain and headaches resulting from scoliosis and arthritis. I don't think I could get through the week without Liz! She always asks for feedback from the previous session, so she can tweak my treatment plan. She also teaches me about my conditions so I can better help myself. Lifeforce also has a number of medical exercise classes that one can supplement physical therapy, for a reasonable cost, led by a Dr. of physical therapy, who also gives me tailor-made exercises for my conditions. I have been to two other physical therapy offices in Wilmington, and in one of them, I felt like I was part of an assembly line, left alone, waiting my turn to see the assistant.
