Instead of firing the OT, they fired us as patients after I made a post about the abuser, in a local PRIVATE moms group, warning other parents. Dozens of other parents came forward with stories of abuse from that same OT. Shady practices, suspicious behavior, and covering up abuse. My son received speech therapy for about 9 months. I was told at the beginning that my insurance…read morewould cover the cost and that my co-pay would be $20 per visit. Every week someone would sit and work with my son for about 25-30 minutes. After I canceled service I then received a bill for over $2,000.00. My insurance was declining the claims and OT Solutions never informed me about it. Therefore I was stuck with the whole bill. Their excuse was that "They were waiting on a form to be filled out and submitted." I don't remember any such form. Also, even if they were waiting on a form, I believe that it is immoral and unethical to not immediately inform me and my family, who would be burdened by the full amount charged. Instead they waited until I canceled service to let me know about this huge amount that was now my responsibility to pay.

John is personable, knowledgable and punctual. My experience was great and I highly recommend John to help your recovery. In addition, Bryttnie, the administrator at Northchase was also great. Admins in medical practices are often not that great, she was/is. She handled all my insurance filings and appointments and is very personable and knowledgeable as well. Jessica, John, Julious, Sierra! top notch therapists! nursing staff and CNA's not so much. I had trouble with getting my medicines, which sometimes disappeared. I finally went down to administrators and filed a complaint with then 3 times in my 10 week stay. magically my medicines were found. I had to bring some meds from home. Fish oil being one of them. They were unable to provide this for 2 1/2 weeks. They have a problem with the pharmacy delivering medications I would rate the nursing staff and CNA staff a 3 stars. there were a few nursing staff I want to give a 5 stars to! Todd, Sabrina,Dana, CNA Coco and Stacy. room cleaner also Pat! you made my stay there for 10 weeks tolerable. I stayed for the PT and OT department primarially.
