I have a very tender slow cooked veal stew with butternut which was so full of flavors and a wonderful, fresh and light pineapple carpaccio with almond cake. Hidden Gem in Levallois-Perret…read more Should you ever find yourself in Levallois-Perret, in need of a sure thing, come to this restaurant. I was excited to find this restaurant just next door to my work. The warm welcome of the staff makes you want to come for wine/beer, stay for dinner. The quality of the food is as dependable as it is good. The chef/owner quite confidently serves classic french dishes made "on-demand". Nothing is frozen-prepared-overpriced-brasserie fare. You will get rich flavors, with fresh ingredients at a price that wont break your bank. Prices are reasonable, for Paris anyway. Since all restaurants, in Levallois (including AU COIN), are packed during lunch the work week, eating in a restaurant around 1pm is hard to find a place. So the best time to grab a spot is around Noon during the week, or for dinner anytime.
