I was excited to find this restaurant just next door to my work. The warm welcome of the staff makes you want to come for wine/beer, stay for dinner. The quality of the food is as dependable as it is good. The chef/owner quite confidently serves classic french dishes made "on-demand". Nothing is frozen-prepared-overpriced-brasserie fare. You will get rich flavors, with fresh ingredients at a price that wont break your bank. Prices are reasonable, for Paris anyway. Since all restaurants, in Levallois (including AU COIN), are packed during lunch the work week, eating in a restaurant around 1pm is hard to find a place. If staying in Paris I recommend making the short trip to La Garenne Colombes. You will need to book. If nervous about booking in French do it online with La Fourchette. I just wish I didn't live on the other side of the world!
