He was fair in how he handled the orders once we were seated, and asked in order of who entered first. I had their cascade petit for €38 and it came with 4 tiers. We were able to customize each layer and we chose steamed buns for the top layer, pork intestines for the second, grilled meat for the third, and this sour vegetable and fish broth for the last. This particular restaurant doesn't take credit cards so please take cash as you would be cleaning dishes the rest of the evening and that is not how you envision your trip to Paris.
