His brother has waited over a year for the guy to be charged and get the items he has left. We went to the trashy place today as the pulled the car up front and if anyone knows anything about a Buick the trunk is key locked and can not be popped without the battery working. And my sons speaker and amps were stolen. When talking to the owner very unprofessional stated he can't keep track of his own things and offered no help! My family has been through enough and you are disgusting!!!! It was 1000 percent internal and you are a total piece of crap to steal from the family of a deceased child! I called H & R to see if they could help my mom and sister. I explained that my sister is diabetic on insulin and my mom had no snack to give her and she needs to eat at specific times. Jimmy had Jordan the driver stop at McDonalds and get my sister some lunch and then made it to them in time so that my mom did not have to call 911 for my sister. There was dirt on the carpet from where they wore their shoes in the car, even though they said they cleaned it out. Then they tried to charge me for fully refueling the car, even though they only gave me a half tank to start. When I called to inquire about the extra charge Mike asked me if I even know where the fuel tank gauge was located inside the car. He was extremely rude and condescending.
