The manager at this location was very helpful and held a conversation when prompted. He made me feel comfortable, although walking in to an auto parts store 7mths pregnant, I felt a bit out of place. When I returned the tool they "loaned" us, he was just as pleasant as the first encounter and remembered me. He asked if everything went well and if my car was now fixed, which I thought was a nice gesture. It is hard to find "good" customer service and I appreciate it when I see it!
