My husband and I stopped by O'Reilly Auto Parts in Spooner,WI this morning. We were helped by a woman named Dica who was extremely helpful and friendly. I've always received good customer service from this store, but I won't go back. Last time I went in, there were signs inside and out about socially distancing and wearing masks. However, of the three employees behind the counter, only 1 clerk had on a mask. When I got to the register (not 6' away for distance) I said they should all be wearing masks. The guy checking me out said "What are you, a cop?" That's not customer service. That's insulting. I was following store rules by wearing a mask. But they can't do the same? read more
