Luckily XPEL has a lifetime warranty and G-Force was able to work with the manufacture to file my claim so I didn't have to be bothered with it. It was an extremely fast process from them looking to see the defect to getting the work done. Sadly I had a lot going on and wasn't able to address the wrap right away so roughly a month later I called to schedule an appointment. To my surprise, they remembered me and my situation and was able to fit me right in! Today was the day of my appointment and I'm probably the worst customer ever because I was an hour late :-/ I called to let them know and they were so cool about the entire thing. I showed up and within a minute, literally, I was in and out. They knew I'd be in the area while the wrap was being done so offered to give me a call when it was done so I didn't have to wait. The guys were incredibly friendly and funny. They made me feel extremely comfortable during the entire process. Their customer service was top notch but putting that aside my hood looks FANTASTIC! Overall I will be giving G-Force my business going forward because of this entire experience. I would 100% recommend this location their work and service is beyond incredible.
