Intermittent starting issue on my car. Made the missing of going to O'Railly Rockport Told "You've…read moregot a bad battery", bought new battery, same problem. Then, "you need new terminals if that doesn't fix it, you'll need a new starter". Changed terminals this morning same problem. Went to O'Railly Aransas Pass for a starter, tech said let's look at it before ordering starter. Check connections and both fuses boxes, turns out problem was the ignition block fuse had wiggled lose... Stay away from O'Railly Rockport, those kids just sell you parts and have no clue. If you need something drive the extra distance to Aransas Pass, they know what they are doing!!!

I took a short break at a truck stop along the way near Sinton, TX before arriving at my destination. When I returned to my vehicle it would not start. Instinctively I assumed that the problem was the battery in the keyless remote. I asked a young passerby for assistance who drove me to a nearby O'Reilly store. I purchased a new remote battery and explained my circumstances to Mr. Jonathan Vera, Store Manager. After listening to my dilemma Mr. Vera was kind enough and grabbed a battery booster and returned me to the location of my vehicle. On the way there he informed me that he had experience with mechanics and suggested that the problem might be with the vehicle. Upon arrival he quickly proceeded to analyze the trouble and found that the negative ground battery cable was loose which he immediately tightened. The car started instantly. Although I missed my job interview I managed to contact the party I was scheduled to meet with and rescheduled for the following day. On this day Mr. Vera went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me in my time of need. I have been a long time customer of O'Reilly Auto Parts and because of Mr. Vera I will continue to be a loyal and grateful customer. Thank you Jonathan Vera. I've pulled em out twice now, (driven 50 miles) & get the same story. they told me "chargers are made by man & could fail". Wonder who they think made their batteries. Went to Wal-Mart, bought new batteries & am having no more problems. Their tech cheated me out of what I deserved by playing around till the batteries are out of warranty. Give him a good star!!
