The manager at this store (Richard) is one of the nicest and most professional individuals I have met. As I spoke to him and another customer during one of my visits to the store I noticed his leadership skills and his professionalism with not just his customers, But with his team members (Staff) as well. I told him that I appreciate all that he does and for being the person that he naturally is. It is people like him that are disappearing from our world. Growing up in the 90's and the early 2000's I personally was blessed to encounter people like him that I looked up to. If I needed to ask a question to a local mechanic or store owner, employee ,etc there was always someone I could count on for verbal advice on how to complete a job or how something works, etc. I know retailers have a hard time keeping good level minded and honest people that are skilled in today and yesterday's tech, But it's a breath of fresh air to know we still have leaders in our community that come to work with a smile on their face no matter what is going on in their lives. I am expressing my gratitude for this man and the wonderful team (Staff) that he has. When I see leadership in a person no matter if it's at a retail store like this or on the side of the road I tell them how much I appreciate them and what they do for their community. It's not about what they can do for me, It's about what they do for others. One last thing. I bought a lifetime warrantied alternator for my 95 Nissan pickup. Had to go back for the 4th one today. The voltage regulator has been bad on the last 3.. Made them test this one before I left they said they will not replace it again. This is not right. Will never buy another product from O'Rileys again. read more
