Let's be honest, cafes in shopping malls are not really anyone's idea of a good time. They're either too generic; the coffee's bland; it's not really a cafe, more just a subsidiary of Westfield; banana bread is too oily (I know, the horror), and you're sitting next to (do I really need to spell it out).
Organic Produce is not any of that. In fact, it's my favourite shopping mall café IN THE WORLD (not counting whatever is at the Grove in LA). The coffee - organic fairtrade coffee, that is - is outstanding. Not rubbery or leathery or douchbag-y or even café-mall-y. It's one of the best coffees around. Period. The café - all open plan and situated squarely in the middle of the walkway (one level above ground) - is also very on-trend in the design stakes.
They also have healthy and good-looking food - both inside the glass or look on the menu. The eggplant pasta is delicious as well as the chicken and avocado roll. There are other kinds of salads/pastas (it varies day to day) and other rolls like those yummy Vietnamese rice paper rolls.
