Then they sent a repair guy to try and fix it, had our stuff for 6 weeks and it looks like he spent maybe an hour on the repairs. Absolutely disgusting. Never trust a moving company that doesn't do an inventory or has to rent a uhaul to do their moving. We had a lot of fun actually and they are local so had great advice on the area. Moving is hard enough and they made it so much easier. Cash only, just FYI. We ended up having to move 2 puck up loads ourselves after paid movers failed us and now the items they did move are destroyed. As part of the program the participants live in church owned housing and work for the moving organization while attending specially designed programs to help them get clean and back on their feet. I was very impressed with the work ethic of the group and how helpful they were during my move. Last I knew they only accepted cash for payment but they may have changed that by now. During the last move I paid more tipping them and donating things I couldn't fit in my storage unit than I did for their services and even that was super reasonable. I'd definitely use them again and plan to very shortly for another move this month. This review is regarding a move when I used their service in January 2018 and March 2019.

First of all I WAY over estimated the time I would need them. I had a one bedroom apartment and I was just moving from one floor to the next floor up. But I had a lot of furniture and stuff! They moved my entire apartment in 1 HOUR!!! I was floored! That was up stairs too! They were FAST, professional, courteous, on time, took great care with all my belongings. I can't say enough good things about them! Communicated well before the move as well! I am SO using them again when I move next month. Their prices are MORE than fair! They make moving SO easy!
