It is in a very central location in Kelowna too. So.... The seats are comfy and spacious. The screens are a good size. Inside is very clean. The washrooms are decent size. Best of all because this is a Landmark theater, we do get to choose our seats without extra charge. We came on a Saturday morning when it was not very busy to watch Star Wars: The rise of Skywalker on December 29, 2019. The movie theater was somewhat quiet. We came for the 12:30pm showing. There are plenty of free parking outside. Popcorns here are ok. Not wow but very decent. They have the fancy pop machine here with lots of flavors. This is not a Cineplex theater so no points here. Popcorn prices are just as expensive as Cineplex Theater. Overall, it is a good theater! Would definitely come again.

Of course all the murals around town is a major attraction, the town also has a lot of historical buildings dotting all over. This latest visit showed us a few new eateries that is getting more eclectic, ranging from Rice & Noodles Bars to New Wave BBQ & Breakfast joints... Now that there are more to discover, I am putting Vernon as a destination rather then a "passing-by-kinda-town" category!

It is better to walk on the sidewalk along the road that leads to the entrance of the wharf. Very limited parking spots there though. The wharf is quite long and you get to see boats and sea-doo for rent. There is also a cafe at the end. It was closed when we got there after 6 pm. Nice views of the mountains and I liked the information board indicating what mountains and places across from the wharf.

There are only 3 spots in the roundabout in front of the wharf. There is another private lot nearby, but I'm not sure if one is supposed to park there. The wharf has a straight section, then curves a bit into Shuswap lake. From the end, there is a great view of the surrounding water and mountains. Great spot to take some photos.
