My father paid for the service so they called him to tell him it needed front and rear brakes. My father didn't call me to tell me about that. if he would have I would have told him that I just did the brakes 4 weeks ago on the front and the backs were low but didn't need them quite yet. I worked as a technician for 8 years and was ASE certified in brakes among a few other certifications so I kinda know what I'm talking about with brakes. That being said they got my dad for the front pads that were basically brand new just 4 weeks of use and the rear pads that were just below half thickness. They also didn't machine the rotors on either the front or the rear axles. They left greasy finger prints on the outside and inside of my vehicle. They also told my father that they use original equipment from the manufacturer. I got them to leave the old parts in the car with the new part boxes and the parts are genuine Honda parts. I do not recommend this place at all. Not a trustworthy place in my opinion. I work nights and don't have the time to work on my own stuff anymore or else I would only work on my stuff.

Needed…read morethe 13 year old tires replaced (still "looked" good, but...), the front hubs serviced, and brake calipers / pads checked all-around. Got a very good price on the tires and the service. Had to delay the appointment, due to back-up brake-boost system going haywire - troubleshot that for nearly a month before I could repair it (self), but the delay was no problem for Wilks - "just let us know when, and we'll make sure tires are on-hand." Great staff at the service desk (and presumably in the shop too)! Very personable, and no "up-selling" going on. We'll be using their shops for all our vehicles from now on.
