We had a great experience with this company for round-trip service to and from O'Hare Airport. The…read moreprice was more reasonable than some other services. The vehicle was clean, and big enough for us and our bags. Our driver, Francisco, was courteous, punctual, and drove safely. It was very easy to book the service online, with transparent pricing. It is possible to pay for the whole ride, including tip, in advance. Communication is good, with email to document the scheduled ride and pricing. Text notifications are also in place to confirm when your ride is 24 hours away and again when the driver is en route. It was also possible to text with our driver when it was time for us to meet up at the airport. All in all, I would certainly use this company again!

My experience is probably between a 3 and a 4. I utilized this service for wedding day…read moretransportation. I discovered the company by reaching out to several vendors on Yelp. For what I was looking for, they offered the best pricing, and I assumed they would know the area as their office was close to our destinations. Over the phone for the booking, I felt like they took a lot of notes for the details/requests. I had a couple of things that did cause some frustration. 1. Multiple charges to my credit card. (They accidentally charged me for each quote instead of the final amount) It took several calls and emails to get them to refund the overcharge payment. 2. Upon booking, I was given one driver's contact information. As I was trying to organize wedding guests, I provided the original driver contact information to guests. A different driver called me the day of the event. It didn't appear that he received all of the notes for the event. As I was in the midst of being busy with wedding prep, my maid of honor took control to get everything/everyone organized . Another positive: The car we booked was the car received. The car was clean, and everyone got to/from the event safely. Driver was friendly.

I was very happy with my booking and service through Suburban Rides. I was comparing responses and…read moreprices among a few town car companies and in the end went with SR due to their pricing & service exemplified. On the morning of my very early pick-up, I had scheduled 5am but it ended up being about 5:15 am as the driver had issues finding my office. I ended up walking to the main street to help him in finding me. He played classical music on the way there which in turn made me feel classy. He also chatted quite a bit which I can appreciate most of the time but for whatever reason that morning, I just wanted to kind of zone out in my solitude. Either way, I was pleased for the most part and would book Suburban Rides again for an airport trip.
