This so-called professional accounting company makes a mistake by sending my return to an inactive…read moreaccount and won't accept responsibility for their screw-up. They had the nerve of blaming me for the fact that they didn't see that the bank account was closed 6 months prior and had no activity. I was told that she "assumed" I had the same account without confirming the account...THEIR MESS UP not me. Their principal called me back just to stand up for his incompetent subordinate and stood the ground that i should have let them know I changed banks because they cannot read quick books properly to tell from the chart of account, that the bank they sent my taxes to was inactive and has ZERO dollars in it. He then stated to me to never call them again ... as if I would ever trust them, God only knows what else these idiots missed. Seriously do not use this firm as they will never admit their shortcomings and mistakes. Another accounting firm that has lost sight of those that helped them grow too big for their collective britches

Boxley's has two locations and in addition to auto detailing they clean homes and businesses. I went in last Friday Morning and they were immediately ready for me the customer service rep took me to the waiting area and the owner happened to be in at 9:00 a.m. He had me wait in the office/ waiting area, offered me a beverage turned on the Today Show for me and was so cordial and friendly. This was my first visit and he was so warm and welcoming. I chose the Ultimate Vehicle Bath which included a hand wash, tire dressing, Interior vacuum, Interior dash wipe down. The windows were cleaned and they applied spray wax. They also did additional detailing which I didn't ask for but I appreciated such as console clean, rim shine. I gave the service crew an additional tip for the extra service. My car looked brand new. I will definitely be back and would recommend their services.

Terrible business you need to avoid! We needed to take to the car dealer to have repaired which took 5 days due to the need to order a new plastic covering. Fortunately Boxley's paid for it (nearly costing $400). But Boxley's REFUSED to offer a refund. In addition they were unable/unwilling to get road salt out of the car. They said they would need to clean again repeatedly several times over to remove. Yet the dealer informed us it could be done in one cleaning and disputed Boxley's claim. We found out that an unsupervised teen detailed our car. It seemed that way from the terrible job. Avoid this business at all cost they don't guarantee their work! When I asked for a full refund they refused and yelled at me. Despicable customer service!

A sign speaks about a business, and being well made really means something to me. Since I've been in the market to buy a sign, I've been having a critical look at signage. Like it or not it, the choice of how you present the name of your business, where and what colors effect how you think. Sports teams spend tons of money on color and logos because they want to manipulate your thinking. These guys beat all other price quotes I got, were easy to contact when I had questions and kept me involved in the process. They put it up quickly and it was part of the price. I'm very happy with the product.
