Walked over for dinner from a nearby hotel and really enjoyed our casual dinner. We passed this place multiple times on our trip and it was always busy, so we decided to give it a shot. The service was very friendly, relatively quick, and reasonably priced. We each ordered a different variation of the Bo Bun, which was delicious. I loved the sliced up egg roll mixed in with the rest of the veggies and noodles. Large fans made the dining area comfortable as well as a large opening to the street. As far as pho goes, the broth is almost spot on except for a tad bit saltiness. Had a long day n I sure slurped it up. Their fried rolls are chewy n tasty. Wish the accompanying sauce had more nam pla (fishing's). Service is quick even with tables full. It has a Vietnamese vibe that's for sure. Excellent food that had me craving everyday for O'crazy the three days we were in Nice! I did make it there twice! The ingredients are fresh, super flavorful and dishes made with love. What a pleasant surprise this place was! Always on the lookout for pho wherever I'm traveling in the world, and Nice was no exception. The hours of operation tripped me up on the first night (they actually don't open until 6:30pm), but we made sure we timed things right for this to be dinner on our second night in town. Hubs got the beef pho, I ordered the shrimp soup. We both thoroughly enjoyed our dishes. His broth had a nice depth of flavor that didn't require any fish sauce, nor did mine, though my broth did taste related to the one in the beef pho, only exception being a slight sour taste to my broth, as if there was a hint of tamarind to it. My soup came with five healthy-sized shrimp, so I felt like it was a good value. We would come back to this place in a heartbeat. No nonsense type of setting, and they bring you a liter bottle of tap water, which was a nice change from every other place that charges you. read more

It was such a great meal! The noodles were so delicious and was a hit for the family.

The food was really good, the interior a bit cheek, but the service warm and worthy of five stars in and of it self. This is one of those places that gives you the feeling, in a non-creepy way, that the whole reason they started the business was in order to serve someone like you. And finally, after all those years of working hard and waiting, there you are in all your glory. Our family arrived in Nice tired and hungry and stumbled upon this place. What a godsend! We eat a lot of Vietnamese at home - particularly pho - and this really hit the spot. I'm not sure why other reviewers complained about the size of the pho, our bowls were perfect size. Very nice staff who speak English and helped us work on our French. They have WiFi. Great value for the amount and quality of food you get and we are always made to feel like they are so happy to see us, when I'm sure they treat every customer that way. We thought this place was great. Unassuming and a real find. Service was quick and the waiter was friendly and kind. We asked to sit outside, and he immediately arranged tables for our family of five. We ate caramel chicken, pad thai, fried noodles with chicken, and chicken curry. Everything was delicious and we really appreciated the wonderful service, and the ability to sit out on the sidewalk while we ate. We will definitely return the next time we're in Nice. read more

I have not been so very, very disappointed by a business in a long time. Although the flavors of the dishes we ordered were okay, the bowl of pho we received was meant to feed maybe one small child. Perhaps they were running low on noodles or soup. When we received the bill, I noticed that they had added extra costs for 2 of the 3 dishes we ordered. I think they realized that we are from out of town and wanted to see if we remembered the prices. Really this is the worst kind of establishment and I hope other people are not negatively affected by this business. Please do not support this type of business and go somewhere else. read more

Our AirBnB was a block away from O'Crazy so we decided to give it a try, even though it was a little quiet, since we both love Vietnamese food. The owners were so friendly and very helpful in deciding what was best to get and we were both so thrilled with our orders! This is a good restaurant for Pho, by "Nice standards..." I ordered the beef pho and it came out in a big pho bowl as expected. The bean sprouts, onions, cilantro, and lime was already in the bowl rather than on the side. The beef was a little chewy but the broth was pretty decent and was more pho tasting than the restaurant I went to in Paris. The shrimp spring rolls were fried and served with fish sauce, lettuce, bean sprouts, and pickled carrots. It was really good. My significant other ordered the chicken curry and he really enjoyed it. I thought it was just okay. I would go here if you're having an Asian/pho craving. read more

Very disappointed. I was expecting sushi and they didn't have any on the menu once we sat down. We decided to get the chicken phad Thai but it definitely wasn't phad Thai- it had curry in it and the chicken was yellow. There was also someone else dining in the restaurant with a dog which wasn't on the leash. The dog walked back into the kitchen area and the owner had to go get it. I didn't feel like it was very sanitary after that and in addition to being disappointed in the food I wouldn't recommend. read more
