A few nights ago a few of us decided to have dinner at O Corvo seeing how highly rated and close it was to our AirB&B. Since we live in the U.S., we are quite unfamiliar with the Portuguese language, which made it difficult to understand some of our waiters/waitresses (which it wasn't too bad, but it was sometimes difficult to communicate.) As we were sat down and asked what we wanted to drink, we were slightly surprised to see that our waiter was commenting on some of our drink orders. At first this seemed particularly strange to us, but eventually it became a very funny part of the night. Our waiter continued to act slightly unsocial and didn't seem to want to talk to us more than he needed too. Most of these thing aren't very big deals, and later in our trip they turned into extremely funny memories. As for the food, everyone in our little group found everything VERY delicious. As for me, i particularly enjoyed my burger, as it was cooked to perfection. Overall, our experience had a few bumps along the way, but turned out to be an extremely enjoyable night! read more

I loved this restaurant! More people need to know how amazing it is! The service was really great, I like that they did not rush us! The ambience was perfect- it felt very hipster-y. They have an indoor and ourdoot area which is really nice. I ordered the almond risotto and I loved every bite of it! It was so creamy and filled with flavor! How can this place have NO reviews???? Maybe only on trip advisor? ‍ We were put on to this place by some new German friends we made and are so THANKFUL! Everything was SO fresh and tasty! The value is there for what we paid! The vegetable soup was so fresh as well as the sandwiches we enjoyed, make it a lunch spot on one of your days as you will be thankful that you did... not to mention the customer service was so nice and friendly! read more
