They have traditionally been more cost effective than some competitors. This year they started the job and came back with a price hike to finish the job which was nearly a thousand more to do the job. They are no longer cost effective. When I balked at the change of life quote (remember they have been doing it for a few years) they immediately sent me invoices for work to date in email and text and followed it up just days later with a second invoice. I've used Mike Mutterer on numerous projects over the last 10 years. In 2004 I used him to build a…read moremaintenance free deck and 2008 he finished my basement with a family room, bedroom and a sweet bathroom. The bathroom was mostly limestone tile with a walk-in shower that was amazing. Mike has also designed and built custom bookshelves and a set of mudroom lockers for my kids. Lastly, he build a bar for my man cave. Mike always takes my ideas and has the experience and ideas to make them even better. Solid work and follow through each time.
