On arrival at the wake I was shown the arrangement sent and to say I was embarrassed is an understatement. It looked ABSOLUTELY nothing like the flowers I ordered and paid a significant amount for. In speaking to the owner of this business she took no responsibility and offered no apologies or offers to fix the issue. Disgraceful.

The positives.... the customer service is fantastic! We called to take place an order for a boutonniere. The staff were incredibly friendly, and asked what we needed specifically. We told Schrams that we were wanting something black and white to match the kids prom attire. They had the boutineer ready in plenty of time. When my daughter picked up the boutonniere staff were attentive and pleasant. The negatives: This is a rather sad, small, plain boutonniere. With a $25 price tag I would expect more than two miniature roses. There is no black on this boutonniere. We were expecting a small ribbon or something to jazz up the boutonnière. We have purchased Boutonnieres from other floral shops, and always had something a little more special. I am not sure if the simplicity of this boutonniere and the lack of detail is due to the amount of prom orders right now and they got overwhelmed, or if someone just phoned it in on this particular order. I was underwhelmed to say the least. Next time I place an order I'll be a bit more specific and maybe even send a photo of what we have in mind. That being said, I will try them again in the future. Their in store arrangements were gorgeous.

I am writing to thank you for the extra effort you put into making these arrangements so beautiful and also giving value for the money spent. My mom would send photos of what she received and I was always pleased with how generous the bouquets were. You sent the final one - the Rose Lily arrangement - to her funeral service. It was stunning as always and a gorgeous final tribute to a remarkable human being. Thank you all for being the floral conduit that lets family members know they matter and are missed by those of us who can't be with them all the time. And thank you for being a company of integrity and honesty. Because I live in another state, I've experienced florists who take advantage of that by sending less than what was advertised or what I ordered, I suppose because they thought I wouldn't actually see the delivered product. That never happened with Bartz Viviano and you should be proud of that. My mom truly loved flowers and you always delivered the best. Thank you to all of your caring and talented staff.

I called this florist to order flowers for a relative who died. The funeral home recommend this…read moreshop. Our experience was very bad based exclusively on the customer service. The person who helped us was either elusive or ignorant about the product. We viewed samples online (which didn't list prices) and then called to inquire about costs. The attendant gave us three price points and explained that it depends on the type of flowers and size. That made sense so we told her what size we wanted and types of flowers. Then she quoted another range of prices. When I asked her why she couldn't give us a price she said it depends on the types of flowers used. I told her again what I wanted, exactly. She said they could do it and restated the cost range. Is it not possible to give me a quote for flowers today? Why the range after I chose the size and flowers? And mostly, why cause so much confusion for people who are grieving? I suspect they are gouging. I'll go elsewhere next time.
